Breakfast Menu "Krystal" Hinesville

Messes up my order MOST of the time....I try to not go here but I do enjoy "Krystals" Seems to be worse in the morning....went on a Tues and they seriously gave me 1/2 cup of burnt grits....no spoon and charged me $0.99 would not put it in a meal and I didn't know till after so I paid for my drink and 2 Sunrisers separate 😒 and I said NO sausage ADD bacon - she repeated it I said yes - she charged me for the bacon and STILL gave me sausage 😔 half cup of burnt grits, no spoon, no salt, no bacon, overcharged - better be glad I had NO time to turn around 😒 Then I come back that Thurs morn and told her what happened - she DID put it in a combo but STILL no bacon - still charged me - got a spoon and salt this time but half a bowl of grits? Seriously!

Order from drive through. Combo #5. Meat not cooked. Still frozen in the middle. Fries not cooked all the way. Manager i spoke to on the day i order feb 26.21 seem to not show any concern. I will be getting my refund. But i strongly believe this restaurant needs to be inspected big times.

As always I enjoy the friendliness of the employees. And even the regular customers I see are nice to me. The environment seems to be very pleasant. It makes my eating experience more enjoyable. And I love those Krystal burgers.

We had a long wait time, but it was because they made our burgers wrong and had to remake them. They caught their own mistake before serving them to us though and gave me a free strawberry shake for the inconvenience. The food was hot and delicious and the staff were super friendly.

First of all we went to those Krystal’s because of the convenience of where it was located on the way to the drive-in theater. We were late to the movie because we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. I figured considering we waited 20 minutes for order the food would taste fresh. But I was mistaken considering my fries tasted like they had been sitting out for over 30 minutes before they served them to us. The cashier was friendly that’s why rated this at two stars. I definitely will not be going to this Krystal’s again.

Service awful. After ordering food I pulled up pay for it, took them about 5 minutes to take my money then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so to actually get my food. They never once updated me and say sorry taking so long for your order we r working on it as we speak. Instead I got window shut and them taking orders and just walking around. This type of service I expect at McDonald's off of 84 but not here. This is why I don't go there hardly and it sucks cuz I love them little burgers

The best spicy wings in town, Because they are really spicy with a kick. Although sometimes you can tell they were frozen before cooking it still doesn't disappoint. They should find a way to make sure it isn't cold inside on all the wings.

Went thru drive thru on 4/29 and got two of the pick 5 for 5 deals. Got asked to pull up in a parking space because they were waiting for chicken to come up. Waited 5 minutes. Go to pull out the buns were hard,the chicken was cold. I was gonna turn around but I was fuming by this time. Tried to call but they put a fax number on the receipt. Not a good place. They need to be shut down. But I will be going back to get my money. Everything went in the trash.
