Food was Luke warm fries tasted as if they had been sitting and re cooked before pulling off I saw the health score was at an 83 I should of canceled my order but I had been wanting some for quite sometime and thought I would treat myself on my day off it was such a disappointment I drove nearly thirty minutes just for it and it wasn’t what I expected. Please do better

Ordered through UberEATS or Door Dash and the dashers actually told me that the female employee, when the dashers were checking my order for accuracy and was missing 2 chili cheese fries. The employee said she was closing and basically, All she had to do was prepare the Chili Cheese Fries because they DID HAVE THEM. I never got a refund or my Chili Cheese Fries because of a person who simply said she was closing. Shouldn't have been able to order it and I could have understood if they had ran out but this was obviously not the case. Sad. Very bad service and I will never order anything from them again. Kudos to my dashers because they tried and let me know what happened. Need to hire better employees to actually care and do their job. Because you basically still owe me. Not even a response from anyone. First bad review I have ever given.

Last I checked 24/7 ment open all the time. So why have I come by this location several times now in the AM only to be met with a locked door or cones in the drive through. Breakfast food is great but regular krystals are a hit and a miss....sometime just right sometimes soggy.

Absolute trash. Even management. I paid $8 for 2 ($4 each) "party fries" and they were smaller than the small fry for $2. We walked back in and they "replaced them" by adding 3 fries to the plate. And said they would NOT give anymore or any money back.

Our order was taken quickly. We both ordered the low-carb bowl. Our orders took @15 minutes to fill. The food wasn't "piping -hot", but was pretty warm & tasted good, I opted for bacon and it was crispy. I would get it again if needing to-go food in that area.

I stopped in here for a snack and the food and the service was very good. A mistake was made in ringing me up and I figured it would be a major ordeal to get it resolved, but the young woman at the drive-up window was very prompt to admit her mistake and then correct it! What a breath of fresh air!

Improved greatly over my past visit (about a year). Smiling friendly, helpful counter help, hot food, clean dining area. I'll visit again soon!

If you're going to be open 24/7. Somebody needs to learn to make sweet tea. At 930 at night to say you're out of sweet tea is unacceptable for a restaurant open all day.
