Breakfast Menu "Krystal" Gardendale

Ordered some dinner online for pickup. I arrived early and sat in the lot until the pickup time I was given. There were 3-4 employees standing around outside cutting up, smoking, and on their phones. One more got out of their vehicle that had loud bass going on which was inappropriate for a business. Got to the speaker and they said it’d be about 25minute wait for food (which was weird because there was only 2-3 cars that even came thru the line while I waited) I told them I ordered already online and they told me to pull around. Got handed the food and I said thanks, all the girl at the window said was “mmhmm” with attitude and closed the window. Got down the road and found the burgers to be cold. Not cold from sitting out, but like ice cold, like they’d been touching a block of ice. Got home and found half of them had burnt onions and tasted like ash. Tried calling and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. At least the fries were hot and fresh.

I have VERY picky people in my house. Not only was my order taken down correctly the first time, but bagged in front of me while I checked each item. Awesome crew, awesome manager, entire crew was polite and on point. I will go out of my way to make this stop again. Thank you.

I can say it tastes better than white castle 🏰

We had lunch there on Sunday, and it was awesome. The food was hot and fresh and our order was correct, and quick. I always love going by there when Miss Pam is working because she's the best ever, and I know I'll always get the best service, always get a correct order and always get the best food. She's definitely the best employee they have there, she's always smiling, happy, and helpful and her positive attitude is definitely contagious.

The drive thru cashier, I think, was the only cashier working there at the time which was around 6:00-6:30 PM. She was pulling customers up and continuing to take orders. She was bringing out orders 2 & 3 at a time, all while continuing to take orders on the headset. She was the bomb and our order was hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered and salt added in each bag. I don't know how she did it, coming from an ex drive thru cashier because more than 3 orders can become overwhelming!

I am very disappointed, Krystal used to be good, tables not clean,our food was cold and not good,I took my food up there and stood for the longest till worker came up front I told her about my food and my chili cheese pup was cold bun was hard, chili cheese fries and burgers were not good. I had ordered 2 sweet teas he said they were out,you could see the drive through from where I was standing, there was a clear pitcher that said tea on it.

Went to the drive thru at 8:30 pm and the menu lights were turned off and no one would take your order. Drove up to the window and there were three guys cleaning the floors and the grill. Tried to get the attention of one of the guys by knocking on the window and two of the three turned around and looked dead at me but then turned back around and went back to what they were doing Just left and went across the street to McDonald's I will not go back. Card machine down for over a month, never know when they're going to be open or not, and the biggest problem of them all, NO CHILI

Not sure what the meat is in the crystal burgers, but they smell and taste AWFUL. Starting to wonder if it could be the lab grown meat the news has talked about coming to our restaurants soon 😭
