Breakfast Menu "Krystal" Gadsden

I came here today to pick up a DoorDash order to deliver, and this is the first place in 5 months that has ever offered me something to drink while I was working. The gentleman working was so kind. His smile brightened my day. I didn't eat this time, but the food smelled delicious as always! Thank you for being so kind.

Every time I order here the food is fresh. Very pricey though, and the cheeseburger sliders are kind of gross. I always get the chiks and they are delicious. Best chicken sandwich I've had

Today is the 3 rd time in a month that I have tried to buy Krystal on my way to work with no success,,, I leave my house like 20 min early and when I get to the speaker if I can hear them or understand them it's the system is down ,,, or when you have to pull around where there are at least 3 and more people in parking lot one of the workers out there will tell you the system is down ,,, now I do understand that to be a ligitment reason since I work a restaurant myself ,, ours is out every time it rains too hard but every time I have been told system down weather is good and all workers are outside chilling,, so let's be real y'all need new workers that want to work ,,, or at least have your 1st shift coming in sometime after 4 y'all loosing business on people way work or way home between 3-6 sorry to the manager not the ones there smoking and chilling,,,

the night staff is not for the drive tru is bad for the company,argues just for giving the wrong drink and didnt correct it,just wow,horrible attitude...I am sure never going back here..i hope the admin sees this and evaluate...I understand not everyone is suited for customer service...but just wow...am still looking for the zero star rating..

I'm allergic to onions, this has never been a problem as the staff usually cooks me a fresh 12 count with no onions. That is until tonight when I was told that I now have to buy a 24 count in order to have my onion free Krystals. I will not be back.

The guy that took our money at the window and gave us our sodas had ran out of straws at the window. He was so ashamed asking us to pull forward for a straw. I'm assuming he ran straight to the straws and had them in our hands the moment our wheels stopped moving, with the good not far behind. His concern to make sure we had straws to drink our sodas while waiting on our food will keep us going back to the East Gadsden Krystal's for many late nights to come.

Went tonight and got some food. When I got to the window, she was mocking me and I could hear everything through the window. She was very dry and rude when I was ordering, too. Food was 2/10 because the chicken sandwiches were chunky and tasted frozen. Would NOT recommend!

LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS VERY RUDE! TALKING ABOUT US & ABOUT EVERYONE ORDERING. COULD HEAR EVERYTHING THROUGH THE WINDOW . SHE SHOULD BE FIRED‼️ very disappointed. Disgusted 💯IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD💯 DEFINITELY IS NOT EVEN ONE STAR.
