Breakfast Menu "Krystal" Americus

It's outdated water dripped from the ceiling on my boyfriend while we were eating the wallpaper is so wet and moldy it's peeling from the walls the workers have even put tacks to keep the paper from falling off completely mold is everywhere sad because I like Krystal and I would love it to be nicer so I can actually enjoy eating here

Great food, fast affordable and the staff was freindly.

1st time visiting this location. I went to the restroom and their soap dispenser wasn't working. I wet my hands and the towel dispenser wasn't working. I placed my order with a debit card. The cashier had me sign my receipt in the area where you put your validation code after you do the survey. I personally think think were just trying to avoid customers doing surveys. I got root beer and the machine would not stop dispensing root beer. The counters of the drink machine were covered in water. The straws were split like with a box cutter. I received my #6 and left. As I was about 7-8 minutes away as I was driving to another town, I opened my food and was missing 2 burgers. I was too far to turn around and had an appointment. The boneless wings were awful and the fries were greasy. You guessed it....no napkins. What a bad experience.

Ordered 4 cheese Krystal’s at the drive thru. All of the buns were hard and stale. The worst Krystal’s I have ever bought. I like Krystal’s but won’t buy there again in my travels to Americus. Tried to call the store and the phone just rang without being answered. No phone numbers could be found for the franchises ownership. If I could rate it a ZERO, I would!

Very clean, had new person didn't know what to do. I think the person needed more training. First time there. Just passing thru.

I love the food but the place in Americus Ga is shut down. The owners did not even let ppl know that it was closing down. I found out from a good friend on facebook.

They don't pay attention to what you ordered. Last 4 times there, delivered wrong order. Too cold. That place you have to wear long sleeves.
