Drive Thru Donuts? I’m sold! Krispy Kreme is not the first drive-thru donut I’ve been to but I do like that they offer donuts if you want to pick up something quick to take to a friend. This Krispy Kreme is located in Ontario just west of the 15 freeway off Mills Circle, next to Ontario Mills Mall. The only thing I don’t like about the drive thru is I’m not familiar enough with their menu to spit out what I want to order quickly. And if there’s a line behind me, I am going to order just original glazed donuts. Nothing wrong with that but would be nice if I knew what to order. Overall, I like the convenience of a drive thru but it’s not something I’d stop for - only when my sweet tooth craves it.

No problem with Krispy at all. Love your donuts. I came in with my mother today on her birthday. I asked if there was anything that could be done for birthdays. The gentleman said you had to be a member prior and receive a voucher. I said that was All good. He was very short with me the entire time though. I asked if she could just get a sample donut for her birthday and I was still buying a dozen which I did. He said it would take 20 min and dismissed me when I was still trying to order and started asking the next customer what they wanted. I said I was still ordering and he said ok what do you want. I personally do not appreciate that behavior, especially when I was being cordial. This is the only unpleasant encounter I've had with Krispy. Not hating on y'all. Better manners would be appreciated from said staff member.

I ordered these for Mother’s Day and they were so good! I love Krispy Kreme. I hope they do these again next year! Definitely will order again!!

Consistently good. I love coming here at night for a late night treat. Donut line is cool to see as well.

The softest donuts you’ll ever get. They literally melt in your mouth. I drive 30 minutes just for the original glaze! Please open more locations in the IE.

If looking for freshly baked donuts, this is the place. Lots of variety - over coated or stuffed. Usually crowded but it's a quick service. Taste and quality 4/5 Value for money 4/5 Service 3/5

The manager working at the Ontario Mills location at around 9:00pm has a big attitude when attending customers over the drive-through, this is not how a manager from a big chain store should be greeting customers, she should be leading by example and showing employees how they should greet and treat customers for return business. This is not good business. I will never be back to this location.
