Breakfast Menu "Krispy Kreme" Macon

This prices here are far higher than most other Krispy Kreme’s in GA. They charge $12+ per dozen glaze, even though it is supposed to be $7.99. I asked why their prices do not conform to others and 2 separate people claimed you need coupons though I know this place did charge less just a month or so prior. Find a different location.

I’ve shopped at this establishment many times over the past 24 months . Every time I go they lack something !! Either no napkins , no water , no ice , no straws and on my most recent visit an employee claimed they didn’t have pennies in the drawer. Even though my change was $9.04 , the cashier didn’t bring the “drawer not having Pennies “ to my attention until I asked why I didn’t receive all my change . So ironic how they want customers to pay full price but can’t give me correct change. Go when the hot sign is on so you at least get hot donuts with lack of basic store supplies .

Neat clean donut shop, prices as expected, But one surprise in prices that was unexpected. I ordered 2 dozens of mixed donuts,was not made aware of a .40 per donut up charge for the specialty donuts. Witch it dose not specify on the menu as you may notice from the pictures the up charge is not there.

Small but Yet extremely busy location.Every single time I've been here I've had to wait which is a good thing. What you mean. Which means that constantly making donuts, If for some particular reason they have a donut special listed on the wall.And the special says 2 dozen for like $17, karma but what they don't have listed up there is the upcharge if you get do get seasonal donuts, like for instance 1 it's 1 shaped like a turkey or dress like a turkey, one dress like a Christmas tree. They have no mention up thereAbout the upcharge. Look in the pictures that I'm posting and see if you see where it mentions an upcharge for specialty seasonal donuts.

These are my favorite doughnuts. I love the raspberry filled and the glazed...I could eat them daily.

Krispy Kreme app, website and Google all show “dine in” open. They have donuts on display but the dine in is closed at 7 AM. They will not answer phone after 3 tries and after I finally got the manager attention to come to door, he would not allow dine in. Want to sit down with kids and not have food and drink all over car. Drive thru only he said. They aren’t short on people cause there was more working than normally in a KK location that does have inside open.

After having gone to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and being faced with a disgruntled employee (who was in such an unpleasant and distracted mood, she mistakenly gave me $15 too much back in change and didn't even thank me for giving it back), going next door to get some yummy, fresh donuts here with a side of warm, genuinely hospitable kindness from the woman who took care of my order - redeemed the morning! She was a gem!!! Made the donuts even better! Lol

Just went here less than 30 mins ago and got two dozen variety doughnuts. Usually I don't have any complaints from this location but I'm not happy about my filled doughnuts AT ALL. Whoever did the filling today or however the process might go, there was literally a dot of filling. So disappointing because I much prefer filled over plain. And those photos took some pretty big bites before I got to that dot. Repeat for every filled one I had. I had to eat that much of the doughnut before I tasted some filling.
