I visited here about a month ago(right around Halloween) with my boyfriend to grab some donuts for my first time ever at a Krispy Kreme. The location is pretty nice, it’s in a nice little shopping center which is great especially if you want to get some donuts after you do a little shopping. But my only complaint is they’re wasn’t really much of a selection of donuts, I really wanted some of the Halloween themed donuts but they didn’t have any out but it possibly was because it was late in the day(around 4:30pm). Other than that though I would definitely come back again since this is the closet Krispy Kreme to where I live.
Went in 7:45 pm last night. Minimal donuts. Ended up getting 2 mini donuts overpriced. They had no jelly or Boston creme. Asked for an iced coffee. They had no ice. Wasn't worth the thirty minute drive to try it.
We got free donuts for National donuts day, and I really appreciated it. The donuts are great, and I go even when I have to pay. It is definitely a spot I would recommend and that I personally go to whenever possible. Plus if Charles Barkley likes a place you know it’s good.
I saw Krispy Kreme had mini donuts, at only about 125 calories per, this is donut balance 🤤😂
Some of the associates are nice, and I'm always a little confused when we go because I've always thought that when the hot sign is on, you'll receive HOT doughnuts. We've been told"oh you have to request hot ones even though the sign is on" or "those are hot," but they're ice cold. It's still my favorite company, but this location is a bit different.
Ordered a dozen glazed donuts and another dozen assorted. Asked for freshly made donuts. Got in the car and tried a donut but it was not freshly made. They were much smaller in size than usual. A dozen glazed donuts are charged 14.99. Very bad customer service too...definitely not worth any more than 2 stars.
Yesterday at 6:15am I came in and purchased $90 worth of donuts - there was only one other customer in the store who had already been helped. My order consisted of 8 boxes. I wasn’t given a bag to carry my purchase from the store. When I inquired I was told that the bags were only for fundraisers. I struggled to carry the boxes to my car and the male that rang up my order didn’t even offer to hold the door. I didn’t ask - in fact I didn’t say anything, I shouldn’t have had to say anything. I purchased the donuts for teacher’s appreciation if it was any other circumstance I would’ve gotten a full refund when I was informed bags were only for fundraisers. Customer service is dead. Those that respect themselves might as well start doing everything at home themselves - in this case it’s not that hard to make donuts.
On July 14 -2023, Krispy Kreme celebrated their 86th Bday, therefore - we drove down to Havertown, and for 86 cents purchased a dozen original glazed, that was just perfect, warm and sweet and a bit gooey when you purchased a dozen at their regular price. The last time i partaken was Louisville, Kentucky. Much better then Dunkin. It was definitely worth the long trip! We should have one in Berks County, and also a White Castle. Have a great day! Thank You for reading! Chow! Peace & Love - Eddie
