Pretty nice Krispy Kreme! Clean store, friendly staff, convenient location for Bentonville and Rogers. My kids love watching the assembly line making the donuts. Stop by when the outside red light is on for a free donut and get their app for rewards!

We love these donuts. We were in the area, so we had to find a Krispy Kreme. Personally, I love the plain donuts. My family like all the rest.

Very disappointed! I wanted the premium assorted dozen. However, they were out of everything except glazed, lemon cream, and bavarian creme. So, 9/12 donuts were glazed, and yet I was still charged for a dozen premium donuts. The donuts tasted stale and dry. Staff was not helpful. Instead of just telling me what was available, I had to ask for each flavor, and then they would tell me they were out. They were out of everything except for 3 flavors! How hard is that to remember?

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts, large ice coffee. (They need to make the ice coffee cups large. This is the only place that the cups are small. I don't like that, Dunkin, McDonald's has large cups. But the donuts are awesome of course. I guess I just won't be getting coffee here again.

We understand that on a promotion day, the store would be at its busiest. I encountered a very rude and hostile older man for a cashier at the drive thru window. I haven’t encountered such unprofessional behavior and it has ruined my impression of Krispy Kreme. I have been to this specific location before without any issues until today. Customers should be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances. The staff should not be working with the public if they cannot handle the stress or have the right manner to do so. This has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I would hate for others to endure a similar experience.

The donuts were excellent quality, but they need to hire new people. The guy that took my order at the drive-thru sounded like he’d rather be anywhere else, then, if you can believe it, he loudly sighed over the microphone after telling me to pull-up. I’m sure there’s plenty of people looking for a job that would love to have his since he clearly doesn’t care.

Good donuts, lot of variety. My son loved watching the process of watching the donuts being made. Over $21 for a dozen donuts and 3 milks. I thought that was a bit high but not much of a complaint from me. My complaint is there are quite a few employees and there are 3 tables to sit at and not a one of them were cleaned. Crumbs all over tables and floor from previous diners. No other customers in there but us.

We live about 45 minutes from our local Krispy Kreme location, but we wanted to try the berry variety and I had a freebie for my birthday. I placed our order in the app at 6:18am to pick up at 7:45am. I arrived at the store at 7:30am, the location is still drive thru only. The gentleman at the window said he couldn't find my order and I needed to place the order again. I told him that I had the confirmation email for the order and he just walked away from the window. He came back to the window about a minute later and said he found the order but it wasn't supposed to be picked up until 7:45am and I needed to park. No issue, I knew I was early and didn't mind waiting a few minutes. He came out about 2-3 minutes later and handed me the box and said, "here you go". I immediately opened the box to make sure it was the correct order since I planned on waiting for about 10 minutes until the order time. The pictures are what we received. Terrible. Not anywhere close to Krispy Kreme quality, the box was a mess, I did not jostle them at all, the icing is terrible, we will not ever pay $14 for donuts like these again. I was not about to send them back because I couldn't be in the store to make sure the man with the poor attitude didn't do anything to the donuts, I've seen movies and news specials about what can happen when you send back food. These donuts are just sad and we were so disappointed. Gas is expensive and we drove a long way just for these. Bad customer service, these should never have been served.
