So I ask for the meal. a leg, wing, and thigh. What do I get? A leg, wing, and breast. Cashier made a honest mistake. KFC has certainly lost its flavor, it's just not the same ad it was back in da day.

When they get a rush of orders they fall apart. Expect to wait forever as they never catch up and they just keep falling more behind. You would think they would easily catch up and have the chicken flying out the door and doing awesome but that never happens. Ever. Pick up the pace or hire more cooks.

Ordered online, lobby is closed, so I had to go through the drive up while my food got cold on the counter.

They always mess up the order so make sure you check to make sure all is in your order. This place is a bunch of kids working so I try to be understanding but they mess up every time.

Worst local EVER. Orders a 12 piece meal and got ZERO breast meat, only thighs ,legs and 3 wings. What makes it the worst ever is no employee informed before I drove all the way home. When I called them they said if I come back they can give the breasts that were missing. As much as I like the chicken I am not driving back 20 and then back 20 min delaying my families dinner. We will no longer be eating at the Zion location again.

Rudest person at drive thru, obese white woman with a bob haircut, smart mouth, refused to finish filling an order. No need to call the corporate office to report anything, they all stick together whether their employees are in the wrong or not. People cooking food do not wear masks or gloves.

This is one of the best Kentucky fried Chicken in the area. The other ones often mess up my order but this KFC usually gets it right. The quality of the food is good and consistent. The staff does a good job.

1.Customer service was poor, saw 2 female employees were arguing/ complaining near the drive-up window while waiting to place order in line, the whole time. Waited 15 minutes in line(I was 1 of 3 people in line) to take order & another 10-15 minutes for the order to be put together. Atmosphere in their kitchen felt very tense & lazy-like. It felt like no one wants to work there, period. 2. I disliked the mashed potatoes. They were thin & had more salt in them(don't know if they changed recipe or not). The only good thing about the whole experience was(as always) the extra crispy chicken, which is always delicious; and the biscuits were much better & improved on since my last visit. NOTE:To the employees who work there: show up ready TO WORK, or stay home on your cell phones. To future KFC patrons: go for the food, good luck on your Customer service, you'll need it.
