Light on the chicken heavy on the mayo. The bowl was okay other than the new nuggets. I would not recommend their new nuggets they’re like little salt bombs. Entirely too salty
I ordered a 16 pieces Family meals. They checked to see if they had enough which I was told they do. I was also given the wrong receipt. I then was directed to park and someone will bring my food over. When I got home, I got the 4sides and the biscuits but only 7 chicken pieces. What happened to the 16 pieces? I paid full prices. It's too late for me to return back for the rest of 9 pieces. I was going to call but decide it's best to write the review. I understand mistakes happened but shouldn't the staff checked to make sure it's actually 16 pieces? Hence the bad review.
I know it's fast food but still. Paid 60 bucks and was missing sides. I was nice and called to see for a refund for the thing I had missing. She told me I would have to get what I paid. I returned back from home. I was nice but they weren't. No apologies or nothing . Plus chicken was dry, food was barely warm. Put the restaurant was pretty clean though
My wife and I had one of the BEST experiences at a KFC ever at this Winder location! The "original" recipe fried chicken was DELICIOUS! It was piping hot and the seasoning was OUTSTANDING. The "Dr. Pepper" fountain drink was mixed perfectly and the mashed potatoes/gravy were really good. The staff were courteous, expedient and customer-friendly. KUDOS to everyone working there at lunch time today!! I look forward to returning again in the NEAR future!
Walked in tonight to get dinner for the family. There was not a single customer in the store and no one in drive thru. They had a total 5 people im thr store. As I stood at the counter for 5 mins amd no one offered to help me. I can plainly see multiple people standing around. One of the employees sees me and tells me that they are doing pick up orders only amd walks away. Confused another lady tells me that they are under staff amd if I wanted to order something I would need to place a only order or drive thru the drive thru. Are you kidding me, you have no customers at all, you have 5 people standing around and you can't just take my order. I hope the owner of this establishment knows what kind of employees he has working for them. Paying people to stand around while you let paying customers just walk out the door. Not a good way of doing business.. if this place goes under, you know why.. What happened to customer service.
Food was good, it was not ready so had to wait ten minutes. Lady was very nice tho
called and asked a simple question over the phone and the lady on the phone was completely rude with attitude problems. Definitely don’t recommend a place where they don’t treat their customers with RESPECT AND PATIENCE. 😌
These people are insane. I do not understand how they can possibly screw up 4 items, but they managed it! Ordered through Doordash, and it most definitely wasn't their fault. And, of course, can't reach anyone at the restaurant.
