The employee who took my to go order did not listen to what I was ordering. I had to repeat my order 4-5 times..... he may have been new or had something else going on. All I wanted was 1 Crispy Colonel Combo, nothing special. When we got home the chicken had a funny taste that it wasn't even eatible. We had to throw it away. It didn't taste like the KFC we were used to. Very disappointing.

Today I ordered online and then got in the drive up window. They told me to come inside to pick up my order. So I did. I ordered an eight piece chicken special for $10. Four sauces for about a dollar. And a pot pie. I love their pot pies! however they said they were out of pot pies. Since I had already ordered it online and paid for it she said I would have to go ask for a refund online. I didn’t want to do that so I asked her could you just give it to me cold figuring that she had them in the refrigerator already made up. I’ve gotten them before like that and I don’t mind because I have an RV and I can cook them in the stove. In fact I freeze them first and then when I want one I can cook it. So I thought she would just bring it out to me and I’d be on my way. However I said I really want a pot pie could you just give it to me cold and she says OK I’ll make it up. I had no idea they make the chicken pot pie by hand right there at the facility. Otherwise I would’ve taken something else. It was a short 20 minute wait when I looked back there she was actually making it from scratch. Wow that was fantastic. I got my order that she handmade and said I was sorry I didn’t know it was gonna take that much time. Since it was around noon and there was a lot of people there. I can’t thank her enough for doing that! Because I do love my pot pies! It made me kind of sad as I stood there and watched a long line of people ordering things with only three employees. Is it that hard to find people to work nowadays! It was sad that the pressure was put on them and I didn’t help that situation out at all! Please owner of this KFC hire more employees! Or raise the wages of these poor souls to a much higher level!

Whoever the girl was that was working the register today was extremely rude. She had to have been pretty young maybe highschool aged. My husband and I could tell she was having a bad day and we tried being nice to her but she literally didn’t make eye contact with us and had a super rude attitude to us the whole time we were trying to order. She asked me a question about the kids meal and I didn’t understand what she was saying so she got all snappy with me and repeated the question back to me in a condescending tone. I totally understand not enjoying food service and having bad days at work, but we were being completely respectful and polite to her so there was absolutely no reason for her attitude. I walked out and didn’t spend any of my money here, I felt so uncomfortable with the way she was treating us. If customers are being friendly there’s no excuse for workers to treat them that way. Do better.

We waited over 30 minutes and watched 3 or 4 other people walk out with their food. I went up to the counter and asked about why we hadn't gotten our food? That is when they finally told us they had put chicken down. Nobody told us we needed to wait. They didn't give us the option to order something else. Nothing. Normally, I wouldn't say anything but leave guests out in the lobby and not let them know what is going on is not acceptable.

worst kfc ever! orderd 8 Chicken Nuggets and 3 Chicken Wings, got nothing off it but instead a piece of bread and two wierd pieces of meat and bones..😂

Worst Restaurant experience! Sat 16th sep We entered the KFC 1 1/2 h BEFORE closing time. After a damn long drive in need of something to eat. The short girl behind the desk was insanely annoyed seeing us, no hello, no smile, making us really uncomfortable. I couldn’t resist asking her if something was wrong or if we should leave - she nodded „no“ but we should hurry. We ordered, but our choice wasn‘t possible to make. So we decided we would go somewhere else, since we didn’t feel very welcomed. Again, no goodbye, no nothing, she just walked away. Walking out we noticed the restaurant was extremely dirty, everywhere was food leftovers and packagings, on the tables, on the floor, it was a mess! Can’t rate the food since we didn’t got anything, but who knows what we would have gotten with the food.

Waited 30 minutes for food. I ordered 2 12 piece dinners. They came with a 1/2 gallon of soda each. The lids weren't secure so they leaked all over. My biscuits were squished on top of the chicken. The bag with the 6 side dishes broke open because the bag with the gravy in it was full of soda. When that bag soaked thru and soaked the big paper which broke open and dumped its contents. The Mac and cheese landed in my cup holder. I went back today and spoke to the manager who replaced the meal. Everything was better.
