We just made our LAST visit to the KFC in Webb City MO! I went on their website to view their menu and made a selection, which was the 8 pieces of chicken with 2 Large Sides & 4 biscuits for $19.99 My husband then drove there and went inside to place the order and was charged $26.00 + tax! When he asked about the price difference, the guy told him that, “You have to place the order ONLINE to get it for the $19.99 price!” I went back and checked the website again and it said nothing about having to order online for the prices listed on their Menu to be honored. This was not the first time that we were not pleased with this particular KFC…but it will be the Last time!!
The people was fine. Service was fine. The New Wraps was less than impressive though. They was dry and plain. I hate coleslaw so I didn't ear that one. But I like original dark KFC chicken too. Why can't they throw some original in there. Doesn't have to be much. Usually KFC is way too much for disabled people like me.
Very friendly day and fast service!! Fresh food! Highly recommend!
2-4-2023 2:25pm my husband & I stopped to share a pot pie & french fries. The food was very good & hot. However all the tables were dirty & the air conditioner was on mind you is only 45⁰ outside. I ask one of the workers why it was on, she said because it's warm in here. We had to eat with our coats on. We were the on ones in the place for a good bit, no reason for anything to be dirty.
Went to the new store on 7th St. Ordered 4 chicken breast. Got home in Baxter Springs and opened the box,they were over cooked, dark brown almost black. The place sucks .
Coleslaw is the best, well so is the mashed potatoes and the chicken is always delicious. Friendly staff, always greeted with a smile.
The food was really good but there was 2 long hairs in the french fries. Please wear hairnets. 🙏
I just Love KFC Chicken Sandwich... I always ask them to give me 4 pickles instead of 2, and double toast the buns. Oh Ya.. AND I ask for the Classic Spread on 1 bun and the Spicy Spread on the other bun .. you should try it that way.. The Gregory Special... 😆
