Not sure what happened to KFC in Wauseon. The.wait time is unacceptable. The portions are half of what they were and the chicken is dried out... terrible!
My husband and I stopped here for a bite to eat after the cruise in in Wauseon. The restaurant itself is just gross. You stick to everything you touch. The tables, the chairs/seats, and there's a visible greasy layer of crud every where you look. Sadly, it's beyond a deep cleaning.. A remodel is this place's only hope and is long over due! I went to the restroom after we placed our order to wash my hands. The women's bathroom smelled heavily of sewer gas and there were no paper towels available to dry with afterwards. The gentleman that took our order was quick to welcome us and serve. He was busy bustling around helping other customers as they came and went and delivering orders to parked cars that ordered at the drive through. We ordered bacon cheeseburger combos and our food was decent overall. This would have been a much better experience if the place was cleaner.
Placed order at Drive thru. They made every car pull forward and wait. I waited 20 minutes in my car before going inside to get my own food. Only to find out they gave my order to someone else. After 20 minutes of my own break time I couldn’t afford to wait any longer. I just left. Paid money to just sit in their parking lot and not get any food
Their is a pot hole dip at the drive through speaker , I had called in the order, and when I got their they had ran out of chicken ,and we had to waite for 25 min. Then when it was ready, we had to waite 8 min. For the biscuits. Ugh. And when they gave me the food ,I was not happy, because they was missing items that were ordered,and I had called them to complain I was still not satisfied .
The worst experience ever. The drive thru worker was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. The manager was no help and it became clear why the place runs like it does. Too bad there isnt negative stars to rate this place!
Ordered a chicken pot pie for lunch at the drive thru as i work down the street was eating and started choking from an inch and a half long chicken bone that got caught in my throat. Glad i have co-workers that think and react quickly. Would never go back and there seems to be no accountability here.
Waited 20+ minutes for a chicken sandwich while one of the workers walked around taking photos of things. My partner was done with his meal before mine was ready.
I placed an order with a coupon for a 16piece and I wanted crispy and original but the girl did not listen to me I was going to asked her for mix my order but she did not listen to me and I am missing my claw slaw
