User Reviews

Food was excellent and very fresh.. customer service could have been much better. Its okay to interact with co-workers but not on someone else's time. When on break i would like to receive my food in a timely fashion and that behavior is not professional.

We came in and a couple of the workers just kind of looked at us, then turned around and walked away. A few minutes later, a lady in the back noticed us, smiled, and said that someone would be right with us. A few more minutes later, a nice young man came out, smiled, and helped us. It took some time for our order to be ready. They were almost completely out of napkins, sauce for the chicken nuggets, (they only had two flavors,) and with all the people working in the back, when a timer went off, the guy working the register had to let them know to check on it. Our order was accurate, though they're getting stingier with the food and higher with the prices. Either raise the price, or give me less, not both at the same time.

First let me say that it's horrible to be put in the position to act like a Karen just for a meal. I work in customer service so I deal with the public all day. I'm extremely transparent about my behavior towards others and how I react to others behaviors. So yes I have been rude back to customers who feel entitled to talk crazy or be extremely irrational to a employee that's helping them and doing there job. I did a online order so I could just pick up my food and be on my way. I pull in the drive thru and say I'm picking up a mobile order under Mi Mi. The young boy responded huh He mumbled So by the third time I slowly said I'm picking up a mobile order under Mi Mi he responded Oh you gotta come in. Why would I need to come inside to pick up paid for food that could be given at the drive thru window. So at this point I decided I won't come to this location anymore. This is the second time I've been disappointed but I just want my food so I could go. I come in and the boy approaches me while holding a empty bucket and said Is this yo food. I asked excuse me Again he said is this yo food. I said you have no food in your hand and neither do I so I don't know what you're talking about. I'm picking up a mobile order for Mi Mi Again he asked me who. The store was empty. There was no line in the drive thru so why am I repeating myself constantly. I wondered if he was high or just stupid. He mumbled we don't have your order and he kept mentioning door dash. I kept saying it's not a door dash It's a mobile order. He asked if he could see. I gave him my phone that shows the order number and order and method of payment. He walked away and left me at the counter. So I assumed he was trying to figure it out. So now I've been standing there for about 5 minutes. I'm thinking to myself I don't want to be a Karen. These kids were being rude and slow but I'm keeping my composure. Not once did I raise my voice. I talked in a low tone which may have been sarcastic due to their stupidity but nothing out of line. All of a sudden a little bald headed girl with glasses comes up to me and says we had to cancel your order. I said OK well its paid for so you can't just make it. She shook her head no. I asked is there a supervisor or Manager I can speak with. The raggedy heffa walked away from me with no response. Now I'm shocked and angry because why. I've been nothing but patient and respectful. And for clarification I'm bald but I'm cute and classy so I stand on my opinion and calling the girl a bald headed heffa. She went out of her way to be rude, offered no assistance and had an attitude as if I was on some Rah Rah. Now the lil stupid boy comes back in front of me. I asked him where is the supervisor. He said she had to go to another property. I responded ok I see. I've worked in stores where a supervisor had to go to do deposits or other business at other stores. He gets on the phone and I could hear them speaking about my order. I actually felt for her because from what I could hear she's very professional. He kept telling her the door dash orders weren't showing up. I wanted to say it's not door dash but I kept quiet. All of a sudden the boy hands me a bag of sealed Food. I asked this is mines. He didn't respond because now I guess he thinks I'm as dumb as him since he gave me a bag of food. I walk out and figure it's sealed. I didn't see anything crazy so I'll just take it and leave. To my surprise the food was good and the order was correct. I could be wrong but I believe the food was ready and sitting but because the little boy couldn't listen he wasted Unessecary time. This location is trash. It's only a matter of time before it closes. So go at your own risk and hope for the best. I hope they run into the right one who goes ham on they goofy selves. It's crazy how employee's will treat good customers rude but then complain about the crazy customers and not consider how they want to be treated when they go out for a service or a meal. Those little kids can burn in purgatory. Karma always spins tha block you dusties

The female manager with the tattoos has a bad attitude. She pulled me up, told me it would be 12 minutes. They never brought the food to my car. I waited 40 minutes and she didn’t even apologize

Whats the point of being on uber eats, if you are not going to process the order!!!!! I placed an order on uber for PICK UP, i go on time (30 mins later) and the people who work there are clueless there was even an order!! I had to wait 20 mins to get my order. So unprofessional

I don’t know what everyone else is saying but the bad customer service must be the late shift because me and my coworker came in and the cashier was great we even tipped him, food was delicious too

The order taker told Me I would take crispy not ask. I said why no original. He got upset and tried to dismiss me. I believe his name was Brandon. Told me it would be a 16 minute wait. After a solid half hour I had to pull back to the window...the dining room was closed. My receipt said it was 3 in the afternoon, but I got there and placed my order around 8:30 PM. Then he tried to leave out my green beans, he wanted me to show my receipt in order to get my green beans. Food was hot, but to have to go through that. Brandon needs retrained and original chicken should be available until close. It was at least an hour and a half before closing. How many customers got turned away. We have to stop accepting this mess.

I don't normally post bad reviews unless I feel like it would be productive/constructive. I didn't seek to review this location, but Google asked me, and I had more reasons to than not. My family and I went through the drive thru on a Sunday around 530pm and received poor service, our order was missing food and drinks, no straws and our sandwiches were incorrectly made (I asked for mine plain and received partial condiments, confusingly). We circled back around to wait in the drive thru line to correct it (lobby doors were locked) but they were also getting through the line extremely slow. We were probably number 4 when we pulled up and it took about 15 minutes. When I circled around, we would have been waiting for at least 30. They could have been short staffed. They could have been having an off day. I have no idea how many staff members were there and I wasn't able to give them a chance to correct it. But, no words were spoken when we paid or when we were handed our food. At order taking, they were very disinterested in basic communication; confirming price, accuracy, completion, etc. Everyone has bad days. Shouldn't make the customer experience poor. This review isn't intended for the staff, but for ownership.
