At what time been lazy is enough? How this works lobby is close at 8pm and I show up at 7:40 and it was close that a manager approve that was not just a employee, i which you guys been less lazy and more productive, you think we show up to this places just to bother you? We are costumers and we are hungry I need to go to a important meeting and I have to eat good food I always go there 3 o 4 times a week to the same store this is so disappointing I can’t even express my self right please change the lobby time to a 10 am or dont even serve costumers at the lobby lazy manager I don’t like you at all
This is the second time that I get the old darkened chicken which look like been cooked for awhile I bought it at 7PM. My first experience was when I bought the chicken when they first opened in the morning at 11am, I thought I will get the fresh cooked chicken but NO it was the old darkened chicken probably the chicken that was not sold in the evening. So disappointed with this location!
Update Decided to get take out for dinner. Drive thru was fast with courteous service and prepared quickly. When I got home my order was perfect and exactly as I ordered with nothing missing. The meal was delicious with moist and juicy chicken and fantastic sides. Thank you for your consistently great service and food. Stopped for some take out and I was very pleased with the service and the food. Although I have been a fan of KFC , it has been awhile so I was pleased to see the quality of the food is still good. This location only offers drive thru or del thru grub or DD because they are so under staffed. I was unaware I could not walk in to order food but the employee was kind enough to take my order at the walk up window. My food was served quickly and my order was perfect, with special instructions followed as I requested. Went with an 8 piece meal with mashed, Mac, and Cole slaw, along with biscuits. Nice portions of sides and chicken. Everything was delicious with helpful and friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
Second time We have visited this place in Ten Years. Food is still Great! Friendly Customer service! Clean! Better then McDonald's!
Average. The food is nothing special. Most grocery store fried chicken tastes better, has bigger pieces of chicken and costs way less. Service was the highlight.
It's KFC. Can't eat much it, not a great feeling in my stomach the next day. Only get a 2/3 piece or nuggets to hold you over until you eat real food. Just sayin 🤷
This is one of the KFC locations. Staff is always friendly and do right for you. Never any attatude but always friendly and with smiles
Second time here today. Had lunch here also. Both times had to wait for a 2 piece meal. A simple meal but waiting too long. And then both times the basically drop the meal and take off before you get a chance to ask for butter and honey and both times they didn't offer or anything. So you're waiting again. But overall food was still fresh and hot.
