Typically good food, but the service is a little slow. I'm sure it's hard to find workers, and they are trying to do the best with what they are given.
This KFC is one of the better one I've had. Good staff and they are friendly. It was a good experience.
Do not work or eat here. Their kitchens are nasty and they don't give their workers a break or the free meal they offer during the interview. Also once you decide to leave they won't pay you and will claim that they will mail your check out but nothing comes. Then if you say you'll take them to the labor board they want to get mad and try to say we'll I'm short staffed.
Very good food. Restaurant clean. Staff very helpful and polite.
Turned me away at 8:49. The first worker said they were sold out of chicken, and said there was nothing for me to order. No biscuits, no potatoes, cole slaw, drinks, nothing. Why is the restaurant open? How & why are you sold out of everything and still paying people to sell & prepare nothing? 🤔
Do NOT order from this restaurant. Ordered all my food and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they’re out of everything. Staff was NOT polite, then again the bums are working for minimum wage at the Talladega Alabama KFC….I probably wouldn’t be polite either. You’d probably do better eating the crust from the nasty floors.
Took forever to get to place my order. When we do finally get up there to order, lady ask what want then she tells me I need to hold. Technically differently can't take my order right then. Went she finally does Finally take my order ,she talks instead of give people's out and take next person's food. Finally got to window she informs they don't have chicken tenders, hello, u took my order awhile ago, and did not tell that to me when I ordered. They hadn't run out of chicken tenders. Finally got our food and leave. Wasn't happy with the visit.
Saturday night and dining in was not crowded like drive through. All three of the workers were kind and helpful, especially the older lady who took my order and suggested a better deal than what I originally ordered.
