It's a chicken place,out of extra crispy. Only original. Had to wait for that and this is what I get. Did somebody already start eating it.
A decent KFC serving Swartz Creek MI. The staff were friendly enough but they were busy in the drive through so I understand why they weren't the most over-zeealous with politeness. They gave us the wrong drink. They did forget our sides. Then they forgot to put cutlery in our bag for the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. So not the best service. Food was fine. Nothing special. I have had KFC maybe 2-3 times in my adult life and this didn't impress me. Popeyes definitely has better everything if you want fried chicken and sides. Definitely won't come back to this location. Probably seals the deal for me on KFC. It's nothing special.
Seriously this place is a joke, waited at the drive thru for over 10 min just to be told to go to the front and wait for it to be brought out. There is no one here what could seriously be the wait lol
Atmosphere, it's a drive thru so you know Ordered a $5 bowl, why are those nuggets so much saltier than the new nuggets ???? Love the bowls love the fill ips The major salt us a major turn off
I had almost given up, completely on KFC, due to several.locations serving terrible food. This experience was excellent! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the assortment (16 pc bucket) was perfect.
I had the best experience at this location! The young lady who waited on me was very helpful and sweet. I will for sure return to this KFC.
This KFC was amazing!! The forgot one item but they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected! The women up front was really nice and the food was great!
Always always always out of extra crispy chicken. Waitstaff rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend eating from this location.
