The food was good. Not bad and still love their mashed potatoes mmmm....
Went through the drive up. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes. No answer. Drove to the window. Waited another 3 min for someone to show up. Was informed that her headset was off and the other people will not answer the speaker. Food was good though. Service response needs improvement.
Person who took our order was distracted on her phone. Didn't know what was on the menu, even though what we asked for was on posters all around the building advertising it. Other than that ,the food was very tasty and well packaged. I don't live in this state, I am visiting family, but I would gladly come back to this establishment.
All tables dirty at noon on a Sunday. Hardly rush hour. TV sound stuttering and intermittent. Food nearly warm. Smallest chicken pieces ever.
**UPDATE I gave them another try..ordered and paid for 3 piece 2 breast one wing dinner..what i received was 2 Thighs and one wing. Tried to call them to tell them and all i get is a message saying to enter my code?? Not gonna order from them ever again! **Order 3 PC meal extra crispy with 3 pack of honey. Got no honey, Cold original not extra crispy chicken that is totally dried out. Definitely not good.
When I ordered the food for "eat in" I was just given the meal in a "to go" box. The receipt even said "eat in" I guess KFC does not provide a tray and a plate when you sit down in their restaurant. I think that is bad customer service
Make sure you have gravy with your potatoes, this is by far not the first time I got the mashed potatoes without the gravy. Do we actually have to say we want gravy too, or is it implied when we ask for mashed potatoes and gravy.???
Order original chicken of 12 pieces, when I got home and opened my order is overcooked crunchy chicken! How can you returned when you are tired from work! Not a good service! I won’t come back there anymore!
