What a great crew! I got there after the main dining room was closed and the manager was super nice and directed me to the drive through. The window guy was also terrific and it was clear their team was something special. Thanks for the great experience, I’ll be back!
The manger on shift today July 29 2023 was very rude and ignorant when placing our order through the drive thru, when we pulled to the window and asked her why she said she wasn’t being rude and being putting our order in the bag and just threw our bags on the counter like they were nothing!!! Very very unprofessional and rude and ignorant she definitely doesn’t need to work in this type of environment acting like that!! I will never ever stop to this place ever again!!!!
Worst kfc ever. Never has anything that the advertise. Poor service. Dont go here. Went at 5:30pm and was told that the dont do $20 fill up box but it is clearly advertised. Not that first time this location has disappointed me but it will be the last
Very badly run KCF, one of the worst I have experienced. Multiple times been here and have had consistent bad experiences. Almost alwayswas told that they did not have most common items on the menu, especially chickenpotpie. The lady at the drive thru is very rude and has a bad attitude. They gave me a vibe that employees here are just lazy. Very poor experience!!!
food is always good, but customer service is garbage. this one lady running the drive thru when they’re “supposed” to open at 11 ALWAYS has a poor attitude. i go here for lunch often but recently they haven’t been opening on time & i just can’t handle how rude this lady is. i normally don’t write reviews but i’m so over coming here.
Zero stars wasnt an option! Dirty , slow and unprofessional was my experience. I ordered online , arrived 15 minutes later and was told my order would be right up it was being bagged! 10 minutes later another gentleman waiting before me got upset. He too had been waiting a really long time for a door dash order! The kids working there don’t care how they speak or act while talking all over the food they are preparing! Save yourself the hassle and eat elsewhere
KFC has wonderful food and fantastic service. It was very busy but the workers made sure I got my order hot and fresh. I highly recommend going there. Very clean restaurant too.
I haven't been to KFC for a long time. I like other restaurant's chicken better, but it was close. Everything was average from the staff, the cleanliness and the food. When I opened my box of 2 pieces of chicken there was brown grease over the entire inside of the box. The staff did one notable thing though. When I asked about Ala cart orders, the server explained it would be cheaper to order a different way and still get what I want. A sign on the door said the lobby was closed, but we ate inside the restaurant as did others.
