It’s 9/13/23 6pm. That lady working in the window needs to be fired. She has black hair and a big nose. She made me and my children so uncomfortable just staring at us and laughing like something is wrong with us or she either has a problem with colored ppl. She made us feel like something was done to our food. I tried to call multiple times and talk to someone but no answer. Nobody should have to deal with someone so immature when trying to just feed their children. I’ve never had a problem before until now.

I worked here two years ago for an extremely short amount of time. however it was my favorite job i ever had. The people there are so energetic and loved their job. i still see similar faces when we drive through. And I will say; one of the best Taco Bell KFCs. I always get underwhelmed when i go to other ones.

I ordered online. I didn’t realize I had to go inside to pick it up so I waited in line for drive thru only to be told I had to go inside. I went inside. My order was not on order pick up shelves. It was not being kept warm. So I got in line to ask where my order was. The girl working behind counter asked the customer in front of me if the pot pie (my order) belonged to his order. He said “no”. So I told her that I thought it might be my order since I ordered a pot pie. She ignored me and asked the people behind me if it was their order. They said”no”. So I told her again that I think it’s my order. She ignored me and asked the customer in front of me again if it was part of his order. He chuckled and said “ no, it’s still not part of my order, but if you really want me to take it then I will”. And again I told her that I think it’s my order. Finally she responded and decided it was okay for her to give me my order since no other customer inside was claiming it. Before leaving I asked her if I could have some salt. Her co- worker said yes and asked the girl to get me some salt. Instead of handing it to me she put it on a tray that her co-worker was about to hand another customer. Now I don’t know if it was her first day or if she was being rude ignoring me on purpose or perhaps she is just not very smart. Then, before leaving, I asked if I could have some salt. Her co worker asked her to get me salt. She got some salt and instead of handing it to me; she put it on the tray that her co- worker was about to give to another customer. I don’t recommend ordering online from kfc or ordering food from there at all if you like your food to be hot. Parking is limited to pick up your order. Also if you are disabled, it isn’t possible to park right next to the door to go inside and get your order. You have to park at edge of parking lot and walk through line of cars waiting to order at the drive thru My pot pie was not hot. Ordering online was not convenient. I had to walk inside, convince the girl that the pot pie was indeed my order, and it took 15 minutes from the time I arrived at kfc to finally get my food.

I'm not the type of person who reviews fast food chain restaurants. My experience here was amazing on 5/7/23 @ 1:02 pm. My order was taken immediately, the line moved quickly, the total was less than expected, the cashier was friendly and professional, and the food was GREAT! (lookout Chick-fil-A). The whole experience reminded me of the halcyon days before Covid, inflation, and the degradation of the service industry. An absolutely amazing job!

I got the two-piece meal with dark meat and it was pretty good. The biscuit was okay. The coleslaw was a little bit off. It's usually very good. Service was prompt and friendly. I used the drive-thru.

Disappointed, online order not right. Supposed to be 2 meals, only got one. Brought it to the attention of the associate and added more food. Got home and there was food missing… an order of French fries were still missing. Never again.

It's drive through or pick up. Food is great but prices have gone up alot! I'm single and spend $25-$35 for myself, I'd hate to think of the cost for a family.

Please remember the world is short staffed and these folks have been working hard right along. Seasoned, respectful staff deserves a raise. Thank you for consistently excellent service and food! Big thanks to the very friendly guy at drive through today always doing a phenomenal job i just came here 12/5 at 11:04am and i am a regular. I love this KFC!!
