Last three visits... Twice the guy at the window asked to bum a cigarette off of me One time I had to pull around and wait for macaroni and cheese which took almost 40 minutes And two times in a row I ordered a spicy sandwich and got a classic sandwich instead. Today was my last visit. I got the wrong chicken sandwich again, I did not get the sauce I asked for to go with my nuggets and also I had to wait quite some time for my fries. I'm taking my money elsewhere. Somewhere where I can get what I ordered, and where they won't ask me for a cigarette at the window.
2 stars because of so much. The food took almost 10 minutes to come out but it was because they were cooking it fresh. I was fine with that. The problem is I had to air fry my chicken for 10 more minutes nearly when I got home to fukky cook the breading. I would've waited 15 to get the food fukky cooked. There were actually cars in front of us so they had been waiting longer. The food got brought to all 3 cars all at once by the girl that took my payment. She wasn't very professional, but I guess help is scarce? The girl handling the food had super dirty finger nails and it grossed me out to the point I wanted to drive off. I saw the manager actually cooking the food had gloves on so I chilled. I'll probably update this after I go back, but I guess I need to order extra crispy just to get the breading cooked? I hate leaving negative reviews, but expectations for a basic fast food service weren't met.
Our chicken was cooked perfectly crispy. Pieces were good size and full of flavor. Biscuits were warm and fluffy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were warm and tasted good. Our wait time was short. Staff were dressed well, polite and greeted us with friendly smile.
So chaotic here nobody seemed to be able to get powers right I watched multiple people come in from the drive thru to try and get their order corrected and the staff couldn't even repeat the correct order back to the customer " I had a 3 piece with coleslaw and mashed potatoes" "Okay that's a 3 piece extra crispy with mac and cheese and mash?" Had to be told multiple times they must have been short handed I saw only 3 employees working and working hard but I feel like it caused poor service being short staffed. Hope this isn't their plan to operate with 3 behind the counter regularly.
It has been ages since I ate KFC chicken. Of course I never forget that succulent taste. KFC chicken is a world apart from anything else out there, there is nothing like it. Today I ordered a big box, which included 3 pieces of chicken of your choice, a biscuit, 2 sides and a drink. Not a bad deal. It was enough food for my wife and I to share. I'll be going back!
Hey always very curious,very kind and worth every penny. I always get the $30 fill up family meal with some extra's on the side. My family loves it. Great food!!!Great service!!!Great prices!!!!
Silsbee Tx. Rude people. Waited 30 min in line so I asked what the problem was and was told I did not wait 20 mon and almost wouldn't give me my food. Then when I got home my older wasn't even right. Tiesha Williams was the smart one.
