This is a KFC/A&W Co-branding location. We had a bad experience. 1. We couldn’t understand the person taking our order, she had a very strong accent. We lived in diverse neighborhoods and we usually have no problem understanding people with various accent. 2. Food was disappointing. We got 8 piece meal and onions rings. Chicken was almost wet, the batter kept falling off while I’m eating them (No it was not because I waited a long time, I ate them within 5 minutes of getting them). Onion rings were the worst I’ve had from A&W, they were flat, with oily smell, the onions slice i side were not juicy at all. 3. We waited for a long time and we were a family of four but got two forks (for a 8 piece meal plus onion rings I would have assumed it’s for more than two people or ask to be safe). 4. The food was hot, we got everything that we had ordered (no missing item). we asked for spicy sauce and got spicy sauce, and we did not get any food poisoning. That was why I’m giving a two star and not one.

Ordered online and was told order would be ready in 5 minutes. Got to lobby and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then told it would be 14 more minutes. Took a seat and checked online again and tracked order. It said order ready. Went to counter and waited another 5 minutes and had to call out is my order ready? Told almost. Took a seat again. Got order after 25 minute wait. Wait, thats not everything! Get home and the famous bowl was spicy! Couldn't eat it. What a fricking joke. Will never go there again.

It's KFC. The recipe hasn't changed, and that makes it the second best fried chicken, ever. The staff tend to be non-native English speakers, so if using the drive through, speak clearly and check your order before driving away. Still not a bad value.

$16.52 for six chicken strips that together were the size of the large French fries, and a large fry. Got the sauces wrong. No place to pull off if your order is delayed (ie fries weren't ready) so had to block the entire drive through line. Disorganized, over priced, small portions. NOT the KFC I grew up with as a small child.

Looks like they just increase there pricing significantly over other locations. $15 for a sandwich and fries is nuts. I will avoid this location forever. And the service was terrible and very dry. Felt like me being there was a problem and even though I asked for it to be here and not to go they put it in a bag. Asked for a tray and I got a confusing look. If I was corporate KFC I would do something. But they won't

Good double-entry in this national chain, the KFC is partnered with an A&W on store. Has a drive thru with access to southbound 99 only.

The price is pretty high and they have trouble understanding your order sometimes. Root beer is amazing though.

I wanted wings for the Super Bowl and these did not disappoint! Hot and fresh and ready for pickup. I've had trouble with orders at this KFC a couple of times so was happy things went perfectly today.
