Some one needs to teach these workers how to count when u order 3 piece big box meal and u get 2 pieces of chicken dear God and they want 15.00 a hour lol

By far worst customer service, super rude young kids that are not professional at all. Am sure training here is not their strength. The vibe the mad faces on all the workers . The manager is doing literally the job of everyone that he his occasional that i don’t blame him with managing all this kids never coming here ever again

The drive thru employee spilled all of my drinks (4) inside of my car because it was too heavy for 1 carrier. Now I'm cleaning my car of all the pop instead of eating my food. Complete moron!

Sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting to get food. It wasn’t short staffed. Three people were out back with the door open, leaving one person to do everything. Ended leaving without food.

Incompetent crew, manager rude. Chicken was dry from sitting. I usually post good reviews, but this is the exception. They forgot to put the 6 cookies with the order that came with the meals. Forgetfulness seems to be the rule, not the exception, as per other reviews. I understand staff shortages, and I usually have the patience of Job. But rudeness I can not tolerate. There are other options for chicken in the area. Corporate needs to visit this location after reading these reviews.

Waited a few minutes to order inside, ordered….waited. Watched four customers, all who had their orders incorrect and fixed. Other customers who ordered after me were given their orders (mine was a single order) and others who were waiting clearly annoyed. I waited for 25 minutes. Finally got the attention of one worker, who got a manager, made some excuse said sorry, gave me a refund as I did not want to wait any longer instead of waiting even longer for them to get the food they would probably screw up anyways. They clearly could care less. I have been to this place a few times always sub par service over the years.

Waited for 1/2 hour for my order, people came in and left because nobody cared about the front counter!! Finally when someone finally wandered up, I showed them my receipt and told them this was not ok. The friendly tattooed manager came up and started offering excuses. I told her that all it would take is for someone to actually be up front and this wouldn't happen. Of course it was my fault cause I was making a scene..... if you want service use the drive thru, they don't care about walk ups. And the floor was a disaster spilled pop all over it. Amazing how places don't value the customer anymore.

Have made 3 online orders and none of them were ready on time. In fact, they were unaware of the online orders and struggled to find them. And then with the last time, a dinner order which was ordered 2 hours in advance, I was told that there was not enough original recipe to fill the order.
