The food was horrible. Ordered the 3 piece chicken box. Pictures will show you there was hardly no chicken and my leg was missing a lot. I understand the chicken ordeal but dang lower your prices if I can not get decent product.
Chicken was like Banquet Chicken Got the 8 piece meal. The sides were good, biscuits too. But that chicken was awful. It was mealy, grisly, and not a good flavor. Plus, when you order an 8 piece it should be 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs (I worked at KFC I know). This was 1 breast, 2 legs, and 5 tiny thighs that looked wrecked when you took the skin off them. I know the chicken quality is not this restaurants fault per se, but the pieces picked for box are. For almost 30 dollars I feel like I got ripped off.
Went inside to order because the drive thru line was extremely long. I ordered and had to wait almost 30 minutes. Way too long for a "fast food" order.
I am giving it a one star only because the employee who brought our food was fast and sweet! However, the chicken was horrendous. My whole family wanted to throw up just looking at it. We ordered extra crispy. What they gave us was definitely not extra crispy. I would even go as far as them giving us undercooked chicken. This is the worst KFC location I have visited. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were hard. It was very disappointing!
You can never get a chicken pot pie in rockmart any other kfc has them. I got a famous bowl and rockmart doesn't put corn in it that's the part people want.
They really don't have the items required for a three peice dark maet meal.... like fr....
How are you going to be a KFC and be out of bone in chicken? Always out of something, always takes forever to order and get the food, almost always forgets something.
Been here several times, I love KFC but this one is subpar. Chicken is hard, biscuits are very dry, cole slaw and mashed potatoes are good. Ice machine is always empty, condiment area is always messy, drink selection is minimal. I only come back because there's no other KFC around us and I keep hoping they'll get better. Staff is always polite so 1 star for food and 5 for staff, which is a 3 total.
