I just came in around 11:20pm I ordered a #12 with mash potatoes and I got this. The pop is flat and it’s not even the right sandwich either. It was Mayo on it. It’s supposed to have spicy sauce.
They definitely need to give them employees/kids at this place in check. They are rude all the time!! The mac and cheese is constantly burnt the frues are always stale. And again the kids hired there have terrible attitudes
Stopped in on a Saturday night at 8:45 (website said they closed at 9:30) tried to order a 20pc extra crispy meal with sides to go. Cashier/crew member stated they could not make anymore chicken because they closed in 30 minutes, which was 15 minutes earlier than the website stated. Advised us to check Moline they were open til 10PM when called at 8:50 they stated they didn’t have anything but original for the rest of the night. I’m a little confused as to why they can’t cook food for an order while they’re still open. That’s just bad customer service. And as much I love your extra crispy chicken I don’t think I would risk not being able to order my food again so we probably won’t be back.
Ordered online and went to pick it up at the location in Rock island. We returned home with our food and we had said no gravy on the potatoes and on the side.We ordered French fries and we got abchickwn sandwich, none of which were in the bag or done asked. We are very upset to have paid the money foe the additional items items did not receive them. Tried to call and no one answered and I just got a busy signal. We tried to call 3 times.
I will never go back to this place again pathetic the workers were rude when I ordered my food didn’t ask me what side I wanted for my meal just throw some nasty coleslaw in there and didn’t give me barbecue and. My food is cold I REPEAT I WILL NWVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION
Unique taste. Reasonably priced. No table service, or at the counter. Bus your own tables. Serve your own drinks for the drink machine, Fair variety. I know some places with better Fried Chicken, but KFC is a known commodity, you don't have to search for it, a decent value.
It was not a good experience there was a long wait and they gave me the wrong order also I ordered the Cinnabon biscuits which when I got home looked nothing like what's in the commercial and as you see in the picture I'm not even quite sure how to eat them
That food was disgusting it tasted like it had been sitting there all day and I got the worst pieces of chicken I've ever tasted. Not only was the food not even warm, It was thrown in the bag so most of it was all over the inside of my bag. I went inside to wash my hands and there was garbage all over the lobby but no customers, The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled bad. When I got to the window to pay and collect my food the guy made no eye contact with me and even look the opposite way when handing me the bag and said there you go an slam the window shut.I will never go to this location again because this has happened more than once with the bad food and it was stupid for me to think it would be any different. Place should be shut down.
