It’s always filthy and sticky inside the dining room. There’s one extremely knowledgeable and friendly older lady, but if she’s not there all the teenagers are rude and unprofessional. They stop cooking 2 hrs before closing and jus sell you what they have sitting out. Riverbank kfc is horrible!
The food has always been very good not so much for the actual restaurant inside. Even after all the mandatory dining in was over this place still had closed doors
My meal was 3 chicken strip meal, more like nuggets. Also the waiting time was ridiculous, 4cars in front of us and more coming from the rear
I came here after work around 7pm. I ordered a large popcorn chicken, some corn, coleslaw and mash potatoes with gravy (single servings). The food was really good and my popcorn chicken was made fresh. The workers were friendly and got my order ready fast.
We waited for over 20 minutes while at least 7 or 8 cars in the drive thru came and went. Went to the counter for a refund and they didn't even have our order. Floors were sticky and there was a large puddle near the soda machine. Definitely will not return. Zero stars.
My boyfriend and I went in and for at least 5 minutes not one person came up to us, they were not busy, no one in drive thru or in the store, we saw a girl sitting on her phone laughing just not paying attention and we saw another girl look at us and keep walking, we left because we thought maybe they had the inside closed because it was like that at one point but no, we saw another couple go into the store and they got helped so we went back in then got helped finally but they still have kinda a bad attitude to me specifically and just giving me up and down looks, I work in customer service and I understand when you just have a bad day but it was just a bad vibe overall.
Slow and expensive not impressive chicken was dry sides were cold I'm a chef so save your 65dollars
Very rude service, won't ever return again. My fiance and I tried to order dinner real quick but the lady at the drive through window was extremely rude, I ordered a spicy famous bowl and the woman aggressively asked what I wanted to drink even after I told her brisk. We were so upset we didn't even want to continue ordering we immediately left afterwards. This was the last straw for us they have repeatedly messed up our order in the past and thought we'd give it another chance but failed again. My fiance loves his Papa burgers so we come to this location so we can get the best of both worlds, but not after today.
