I have to say this is the worst experience I've had at KFC. We went in there three times. First they gave us our drinks and then asked us to pull up. While we were waiting they come out and ask us what we had ordered which was a family order. They forgot all the sauces, after asking us specifically which ones we wanted. Then they forgot three items we ordered. They just did not have it together at all. I miss the manager Ms. Cindy that used to work there. They didn't have these problems to when she was there. I never got upset with them and used my please and thank you manners. I have to say that they were polite and fixed the rest of our order.
Mrs. T what's awesome. Was greeted with a friendly face and she had a very positive attitude and was extremely friendly. She ensured that her order was done properly and in a timely manner and made sure everything was fresh to order. Thank you for a job well done and look forward to seeing you again
Worst experience ever. Waited an hour to get my FAST food. Then the staff was hateful when I went inside to ask what the problem was
Very rude, not enough help, and denied service to us because of short staff if you don’t have enough workers just don’t open up that simple
Paid $40 for 12 piece, only 4 cold and old breast in the bucket when I got home. They didn't give a receipt or try to fix the problem period...took it at a personal loss.
Extra Friendly staff and very hard working! They were busy as well as being understaffed but they are so positive and polite. I did have to wait for our order but it wasn't very long of a wait for hot fresh food.
If I could give them half a star i would. I spent 15 waiting on the drive through line before I got to the speaker. Once I made it to the speaker she asked to wait 5 more minutes. I constantly said “hello” to the speaker to see if i would get their attention but nothing would happen. Then once she took my order she asked “original or crispy?” I told her original.... and they didn’t have it... then why was I given the option? Any way, by the time I got my order I had spent 35 minutes on the drive through.
Food was not right all messed up. Took about 15 minutes for my food and it was cold and then where the pick up order thing is the was a half cigarette right where the food goes. I would not recommend this place and the workers all looked like they was on something
