Every single time I go through the drive through, they miss something out of my order. And then I have to drive around and go inside. If it wasn't for my child being obsessed with their chicken nuggets, I wouldn't ever go there. 🤪

We've given this place three tries and our order was screwed up every time, and then it took forever for them to get it fixed. And while that was happening, the food got cold and soggy. Their ice machine seems to have issues all the time too. We wont be going to this place again.

Worst chicken ever. I ordered a $20 family meal and everything else was fine. But the chicken batter was really doughy and falling off the chicken. It wasn't crispy or anything. It was the worst kfc chicken I have ever had before. Check your chicken before you leave. My husband said it was like the chicken was setting around awhile before we got it. I'm pissed. Being a truck driver over the road you can't just stop any were so kfc is supposed to be a treat. But it was a disappointment. Thanks.

Just went through drive through. They forgot to give the fries with the meal. If you're going to charge ridiculous prices then please make sure you give the full order. Called back to complain. Was hung up on then tried to call back twice with no answer😡

Asked for dark, got only breasts. (20 pc bucket, I was really looking forward to leftovers!) Then I was sick all night. Pretty much ruined my desire to ever have KFC again.

Visited here while on a road trip. The lady at the cashier was very kind and our food came out very fast and was very fresh.

940pm closed on 06052023. Closing 20+ minutes early... anyone need to wonder why Taco Bell and KFC are losing money!

Worst franchise restaurant in prosser. It's pathetic when you have to go 2 towns over just to get some decent KFC or taco bell and I live locally.
