Extremely slow ordered a famous blow and only got chicken mash potatoes and gravy and the other thing we order was Mac and cheese it was over half empty I understand cost of good went up but so did there prices will not go again
The food is good but it is not fast food I have been here over 10 times this year And have never once not been told to pull up and they will bring me my food And yes I have ordered multiple items to see if it was just the spicy chicken sandwich or the fries, but bowls, extra crispy, and chicken tenders All had to wait at least 10 mins
Registers not programmed to ring up the pricey menu item we wanted unless ordered by app. I was at the counter without my phone. Tried to order a box and were told there was a 30 min wait for extra crispy. Went to Wendy's where they SELL FOOD. Yum Brands must be a charitable institution since apparently they pay employees without generating profit! How things have changed since my husband managed kfc stores.
The restaurant was understaffed but the few employees that were there did an amazing job getting my order out as quickly as possible and they were all very polite! Two huge thumbs up! UPDATE One of only a handful of businesses open after the storm that took out what seems like the entire city and STILL got amazing service and good food.
Worse experience ever not only is the food terrible, dry and cold but you pulled me to the front of the store to make me wait thinking my food would he fresh boy was I wrong then I proceed to call up there to tell then and no answer the 4 times I called you weren't busy when I was just there. Smh I will never recommend this one to anyone the store has went to sh!t. 50 dollars wasted.
We had lunch here and it was very good as was our service and I would highly recommend you go there
Wirst service I have every had.we pick up two meals which was 2 pc combo which was 2 dry drumsticks instead of leg and thigh, second person purchased order big box combo and he received 3 dry drumsticks alway have problem will start going to Marysville where the food and customer service is excellent!
KFC prices went up with bird flu killing so many chickens, I got it. But now the size of every piece is half of what it use to be.even the bucket is much smaller. Very disappointing.
