to start off this KFC isn't the best of the best. It's Okay when it comes to service. The last time i was there i waited ten minutes and no one came to take my order. so i left and gave another restaurant my business. another time i waited 15 minutes for my order to come out of the kitchen. the worst part was i was the only one in the restaurant at the time and employees kept coming out and apologizing to me for the long wait saying "were so sorry about the long wait. were making a new batch of fries and were giving you some fresh fries for your order" i thought it was nice of them to give me fries fresh out of the Fryer but i was in a rush to get home. i was busy helping at the high school that day for a event and had to go back in a Two hours. so they could have just given me fries that were already out. The food is great everytime i come dispite the long wait's.
Nothing fast about it. Absolutely waste of time. After 30 mins waiting on a famous bowl and chicken sandwich, finally rolled away only to find out they didn't include silverware. Nobody there cates about that job and it's obvious
It was good Wed night, Friday at noon, there was 5 vicheles ahead of me, so I didn't wait, I returned to work, it would have been over a 10 min. Wait
Looked at this view for at least 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Then they were clearly not interested in taking it and tried to rush through. Managers, give your employees better training and a better work environment. Everyone was frantic and nothing was getting done. Understand that it's not fine dining and don't expect royal treatment but a minimum of decency is do-able. Plus out of several things we ordered, including Mexican pizza which was proudly advertised throughout as being back, they were just out. This location is just not on par with other similar restaurants.
Poor quality of food, the restaurant was dirty, waited 20 minutes just to place my order then it took another 25 to get it this KFC Taco Bell has gone downhill. The dirty tables were like that when I came in and we're still like that after I left.
They soda machines ran out of water, so drinks were pure syrup. They didn't include the dipping sauce, and I ordered potatoes without gravy and was given potatoes with extra gravy. I ended up eating elsewhere.
Better chicken sandwich then most places KFC and Popeyes are darn near matched the flavor award goes to Popeyes because of the batter but the size and the quality of the chicken award to KFC they got the crunchy sandwich that no one has closest thing to del rancho in Oklahoma that I have ever eaten
We ordered the $20 fill up box 2 breast leg and wing and got a thigh instead of a wing. 2nd fill up box 2 thighs leg and a wing and got a breast instead of wing
