Everything was fresh including the Mac n cheese. Chicken was amazing ! Finger licking good! The fruit punch was even fresh this time it’s usually watered down. The new manager is really doing her thing ! I love dark meat better! But the white meat wasn’t bad since it was fresh.
Placed a to go order. Not ready on time although food was not hot. Did not want me inside, wanted us to drive thru only. My bowl tasted like soured corn.
Went in KFC here in Perry Fl on the 06/28/23. After getting home noticed chicken was dry,fried hard, the biscuits were hard. Went back in on the next, explained to manager (Lisa) about what the day before. She looked at me said I hate hearing that but give me a few minutes. She was very polite and gave me some more chicken and biscuits that they had just cooked they were a whole lot better. Thanks Lisa
Miranda was so friendly and helpful!! And good was So Hot and Fresh.. The biggest surprise was the biscuit 1st time I received a moist biscuit from KFC!!!
chicker tasted like fried in grease used to many times. customer service sucked. no where as friendly as when first took over that location. just surprised because i liked that place alot. but like all the other places. they get where they don't care. hate making this revue but had to on this visit. because the last 2 before this i could see it sliding backwards.
We went and ordered food, and didn’t realize until we got home that half of our order was missing. It was a bummer but not a huge deal so I called the restaurant to see if the order could be replaced in the next day. Instead of being accommodating or even remorseful, the gentleman on the other line was rude and hung up on me. I’m not sure what the deal is with restaurants in Perry. It left me shaking my head, I actually reached out to the corporate office and they sent a voucher in the mail that I probably won’t use especially in Perry. If I’m going to pay for overpriced chicken I at least expect to get what I ordered.
I ordered online and couldn't change the pickup time. So I picked up my food 2 hrs after it was made . I tried calling but no one answers and I tried their website but to no avail. I found out you can only change it on their app . But this didn't help because I did not order from their app .
Went in at 8:45pm, store closes at 11, they said they were low on food, we just wanted something small to hold us over until we got home, like a 6 piece chicken strip, chicken sandwich, etc. Easy to eat in a vehicle. They said they only had an 8 piece extra crispy chicken, so rang it up and was $25 and some change. Told them to cancel it we would wait. Still had over 2 hours to be open. Not very prepared.
