I walked from a truck stop accross the road to buy this chicken. Crossed a busy road. Get there and they won't let me in to order. I had to sign up for the app and order. Then wait out in the South Texas heat for my order. They still would not bring it out to me. I had to dodge the traffic in their drive through line to get my food. Absolutely rediculous. I will NOT be back. Five people walked up while I was waiting and every one of them left when they saw the door was locked.

Everything I have the opportunity to stop by for a quick meal or snack, the service is so lousy and unprofessional. You can find yourself standing. I side for another 2 days waiting to be received and serviced or ordered, and no one cares if you exist. Having young men and women there without any basic customer services or recognition is an apology to that trade mark ( KFC). The hygiene in the kitchen and the sitting area is enough to make one puke. They need to clean up and step up both training and hygiene. Otherwise, drop the franchise. That condition is an insult to KFC.

Order a meal for my family through the app and proceeded to the store. Arriving there I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I live 3 minutes away. So I said ok I’ll go home. I get a call from the store claiming they received my number from door dash and they picked up my food and left. When I explained that it can’t be since I order through the kfc app for pick up. She the. Changed her story to we have your food you can come get it or it’s going in the trash. Said “anything special I need to put in here” looked at the recipes and then in the bag and handed it to me , and gave a half hearted apology. I didn’t receive my full order and I know 100% that she was trying to steal my food and blame it on door dash. Proof on the receipts.

Waited in the drive thru for about 5-7 minutes, pulled up because I figured the speaker wasn't working. I was completely ignored as I pulled up to the window. I went inside to ask if the drive thru was broken and I was informed that it is not. One of the employees picked up the headset as if they had forgotten about drive thru. As for the food I have a family of 5 so I ordered 3 tender big boxes and 2 12pc nugget meals. Found out later that they were only able to make 1 of the boxes of tenders, this was around 6pm. The nuggets were incredibly salty!

I give single stars cause negative ones aren't an option! Spent $52 in this dump Saturday so 5 of my crew could be sick most of the night! We work in the oilfield so it was far from easy. Change your freakin grease!!! Not to mention, the nearly half an HR wait myself and several others endured after the site said my food was ready minutes before I even went in! Staff was rude kids mainly. I'll take my business elsewhere next time for sure!

Place took about 25 minutes to be served. Staff were not nice. Took order and left area. Food did taste good. Not enough napkins given. This was a take out order, but waited inside for faster service, but as stated it was not fast. Place was clean. Bathrooms were dirty. I plan not to go here next time I travel through Pecos, TX.

After having been on the road for 2 days, I'm finally making my way home... Driving through pecos after a long day, I saw this particular KFC...I pulled up to the drive thru and starting with my first question of what was in the KFC bowl, the guy working the drive through was rude... as if he was being bothered by asking a simple question or the fact he has to work, but either way, I haven't had KFC in a very long time so I don't know the menu... I asked what the sides were, and with a rude tone, he said they were on the board... My wife was on the phone with me and heard how rude he was... If someone over the phone can hear the rude tones, that tells you a lot... if you've ever gone through a drive thru, you'd know you can't hear clearly, especially when you drive a diesel... I didn't want to bother him with his job, so it took me a bit to find them... It would have been faster if he had just said what they were... my receipt says the cashier's name is Ana... I understand this is 2023, and you can call yourself anything you want, but I doubt Ana is a heavy set bald guy... He had such a bad attitude that he didn't even offer any condiments, and he was also rude to a lady who had walked in as I was waiting for my food... as if the service wasn't bad enough, I get to my hotel, the bestwestern, and the chicken and Mac and cheese were cold, and the biscuit hard like if it's been sitting out all day... needless to say, I spent money and couldn't even eat the food... By the looks of it, the rude customer service and bad food are normal at this location... Doesn't seem like management doesn't care... After so many negative reviews, you'd think things would be different... All I know is I'll NEVER stop at this KFC again... if that guy doesn't like his job, y'all should do him a favor and your customers by getting rid of him...

Worst place to go. Don't go waste your time. They took my order and I waited outside for 45 minutes. Gave me the order and everything was wrong.
