- the chicken was not very good, it was dry and didn't have much flavor. The mac & cheese was pretty good and the mashed potatoes were decent. - staff were friendly. - prices are normal. - plenty of parking. - place was clean and organized. - overall food could be better but still not the worst I've had.
Arrived close to closing time, so the food was not the freshest. Still it was good for drive-thru food. The girl at the speaker was polite, but obviously preoccupied with closing and tried to rush the process and we had to go back to get part of our order that was missing.
I love KFC mashed potatoes! I know this is fast food , but it has a different feel to it than standard fast food. I had to knock a star off because it was hard to find a booth seat that wasn't taped together. I chose a table that was mostly clean. What store manager or district manager would let seats like that go? Image is everything KFC😊
I paid nearly $40 to feed 4 people. The chicken was old and stale. The mashed potatoes had no gravy and the coleslaw also tasted old. I've tried calling only to get no answer on the phone.
Kinda slow but food was RIGHT, HOT, and delicious. Would have been five stars if it had been speedier!
I’m sick of kfc in general this one don’t like to drop more chicken and always says well we won’t have that to complete ur meal. Really? Ok but when I try to order something else the menu changed and u don’t have it but the next time I come thru u have it. This is just ridiculous. The whole kfc franchise needs to get their stuff together and this location specifically needs to quit being lazy and do the job u was hired to do.
The food is good but it's way too expensive for what you get!
The only restaurant in central ohio that doesn't have the lobby open for carryout. Being a truck driver, a semi doesn't fit in drive-thru's. Would be very easy to stack chairs on tables and restrict to carry out only. Even the posted signs say pickup orders inside yet doors are locked.
