I ordered extra crispy received original. Paying $31.00 for 8 whole wings is too much, get home it's not what you ordered. Tired of paying for food, you get home it's not correct. Especially paying $31.00. Make my own or visit Hardee's my order has never been incorrect there. I will not be returning.
If you like to eat in a dirty and expensive restaurant, this KFC is your choice. When you walk inside the floor is very slippery and it also smells very bad. It is very expensive here so there is no excuse to remodel this restaurant.
It's a drive thru for us, so atmosphere, eh. BUT, best dinner below $30 with great chicken, mashed and BEST COLESLAW around. It takes just like my Mom used to make. Sometimes I go there just for that (like at Thanksgiving) so I don't have to make it. I couldn't make it that well. And cashiers always friendly.
I had a "special order" and it was correct! I do suggest keeping the cole slaw separate from the hot food. Excellent and the price $8.99...cannot beat it! Great deal!That would be my only suggestion. I recommend the BIG BOX Chicken sandwich.... :-)
Best customer service ever! My place of employment ordered a large amount of food they said it would be ready by noon it was every bit of it and the ladies were so friendly and efficient thank you KFC you do a wonderful job
Absolutely horrid. I very rarely go to KFC, and Friday was just another reminder as to why. Daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken littles with no mayo. Girl working the window confirmed no mayo on any off the 3 littles, I corrected her and said there were 4 littles with no mayo on any and she confirmed. Get to the window, pay and begin to leave. Glad I checked before we pulled out. First sandwich was drowning in mayo. Pulled into a spot and daughter ran in to get them replaced with plain Littles, again with no mayo. Take off and find that these new ones had BBQ added to them! I just disputed the charge with AMEX, I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask to have this issue fixed. We won't be back.
The food is fine, just as you'd expect, a little bit on the saltier side. However, the restaurant is old, not clean, and the entire restaurant just feels unwelcoming and service is slow. Just get it to go and don't eat in there.
I wanted my chicken fried for an extra 1-2 minutes because I wanted it well cooked. Sometimes I get what I ask for other times they tell me it was done when it was not. I went to KFC yesterday and saw an employee shooed away a fly that landed on an order of slaw, it was served to customer. Yuck!! The table beside me was dirty, needed wiping, I also looked up at the ceiling and saw mold all over the ceiling tiles (See pictures). They need to locate the source of the molds, and change the molded ceiling tiles. I can recommend a few great contractors. I would hope that the Health Department would inform the place to clean up their establishment. It’s the only KFC in Palm Bay. I think they should do better. This place has no shame. They haven’t done a thing about the mold.
