It was a mess everyone running around ran out of food drive-thru were waited on first. The chicken was not very fresh. Waited almost 30-40 minutes for the food which was not fresh. I talked to a very young manager about how I was feeling but it didn't phase him. Then the kid who Waited on me didn't know what he was doing tried to over charge me I corrected it, the fella behind me got overcharged as well. Then him & the manager had a small argument about making sides. The store was filthy my shoes were sticking to the floor the counters were sticky. I seriously was about to ask for a refund. Just not sure I'll go back.
When I walked in the floor was nasty very sticky.. I ordered after work a 8 PC bucket Chicken. 2 thighs 4 legs 2 breast . This dude thought I ordered on line then repeatedly got order wrong now right. Got home 2 eat was raw... Pink meat..... I threw it up!!!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK ... U ALL SUCK ON FOOD AND CLEANINESS.....👎
Lobby floors were dirty and sticky. Bathroom was extremely dirty. They sold us mac and cheese and then didn't have any in stock...like they offered to substitute it but who sells mac and cheese when there's none in stock. One of the biggest betrayals in history. Girl at the counter also dropped our straw on the ground and then still handed it to us. We still used it but it just shows their views on hygiene/cleanliness. I will say the food came out quickly but it was mediocre and the most important part of the meal was missing. Also they didn't tell us the mac and cheese was out of stock they just didn't give it to us and didn't tell me it was out of stock until I asked. Sorry I'm so stuck on the mac and cheese in this review but I haven't felt this betrayed since KFC got rid of popcorn chicken.

I would have left 0 stars, but you can’t do that without leaving a review. I sat in line for 15 mins to find out that they had a 15 min wait on Mac snd cheese that I already preferred and paid for. Then after waiting for 35 mins, I finally got my food, only to find out they still got it wrong 😞. I called the building and was hung up on 3 times before I gave up and saw I was going to have to accept the loss. Loss of respect and customer’s service. Where is this sad world going? Everyone messing ip with no accountability. This is sad and frustrating. Why spend my hard earned money for you to make me wait over 30 minutes for a wrong order. Unacceptable. Customer service must be a thing of the past🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤔🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Was there right after they opened, and the place was filthy. Dried, sticky soda all over the dining room floor; sticky tea, and chicken grease all over the counter; trash and food crumbs all over the tables. I called ahead to place a larger order, and it wasn't ready when they said it would be. They also messed up my sides. This location needs some help....a deep cleaning, and a little sprucing up.
Chicken getting smaller and prices a lot bigger. Floor was so sticky, employees were nice and seemed happy to work there.
Gary's upbeat attitude is what I needed after work . Except for my fries the food was on point . The fries weren't fresh I was kinda disappointed..
