Jamia imma call u out. U got 0 stars from me.. i wanna say this is a 0.. corperate was real nice tho! And made it right. Love kfc? But dont come here!! Absolutely terrible attitude. (JAMIA) Wants to question me if I have an attitude. Never even talked to you.. u neeed to rest your crack head neck a Lil. And clean ur dirty fingers. We through all your food in trash. U was cussing in front of my kids.. she was bullying her own boss. Slammed window in my face refused to serve me WHAT I PAID FOR. Lol guess what boo boo. You messed w the wrong today.. oh ans u tried keeping my change 😃 you guys won't answer its ok. Your district manager knows all about you. And it's alll on camera too 💋 😘... I'll never come back to this place. And girl u better go wash ur dirty hands. Or go to the mechanic shop to work. You don't fit retail. You cant handle pressure. You better watch who u mess with. One day it's going to be the wrong one. I will never come back again, and maybe I wasn't all smiling bec you had the most stank look on ur face, and I honestly feel bad for you. Learn to treat people with respect. You didn't pay me. I paid KFC NOT YOU..
I ordered 3 of the same exact meals. Got home, and all 3 meals were different, and 2 had no biscuit in them. Since when is chicken legs considered white meat... NOT!!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK. THEY NEVER HAVE POT PIES AND ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STUFF.
This place has great location on 75, unfortunately very bad business. Hard biscuits, drive thru only, poor customer service, orders incorrect. Corporate needs to talk to the owner about these issues. Making kfc look bad.
Came through for lunch, waited at the drive thru board for someone to take order but they never did, drove up to the window to try that way... 2 people looked right at us but didn't care to come to window and yes they were open.

Crispiest chicken ever. My drive thru order was promptly and correctly prepared. Clerks were friendly, businesslike, and courteous.
Guy running window was a total jerk ordered axextra drink and he wouldn't make the extra drink place needs to be shut down
Food would of not been so bad if the drive thru worker would of listened when she took my order. But couldn't eat it because it had something on it that I am allergic too. Also, did not repeat my order so, knew it would result like that. That should be customer service rule 101. Nor did she greet me at the window. To bad that she treated any KFC customers like that. Then to top it off, no spoon in the bag. Not even worth 1 star on the service.
