For months, I've wanted to try the new crispy spicy chicken. It looks so good in the pictures. Every time I went to the KFC in my town, they never had it. So I decided to try it here in oakwood. First, the floor in this location was so wet that I almost slit up and busted my hiney twice. I was not the only person in the store who had this problem. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The service was fast. There was nothing crispy about this crispy, spicy chicken sandwich. And, as you can see in the picture that is the amount of bread that I tore off the sandwich before I started eating it. It's decently spicy. I'll give it that. But the breading on the chicken was not crispy at all. In fact, it was kind of doughy. I usually stay away from the fast food places. I guess that will continue.
Tonight, when I got home with our drive-thru order, I was looking forward to taking a bite into one of their delicious biscuits. The 2 that we got however, were completely raw and doughy on the inside. Very disappointed. That can make people incredibly sick.

I went into this location on 4/5/23 and got the 8 piece original meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw. Total price $27.81 which was a total waste of money! Chicken was so old and tasted funny, gravy was very thick and strong, mashed potatoes and slaw were very old too! Biscuits were so hard they were impossible to bite or chew. This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had! Every bit of this meal went into the garbage because it was completely inedible!! I am so disgusted I will never go to this location again!! Almost $30.00 gone to the trash!! 😡

KFC Has always had the best chicken around. Just wish the peaces was much bigger. Other than that their the best ,taste !
Great friendly staff. Food was not that great. Macaroni and cheese was almost cold. Chicken was good. The new chicken nuggets are very disappointing. Very small and not very good.
Worst ever on take out orders! Never get everything you order. Get home to find out what's missing..... Every time
