9/19/2023 My fiance was leaving work and I placed the order from home so he could pick up on his way home. I added him as the contact person, etc. The order was for pick up at 6:20 and he got there then. Waited until after 7pm, even after multiple attempts at trying to he acknowledged. Finally they told him there was no order. He called me and asked me to screenshot the confirmation email and order number, I did so. They become hostile towards him, raising their voices and basically trying to accuse us of using an old screenshot to get free food. They were mean. All info was in the email. Finally I said enough and he left. I called customer service and a really nice girl helped me. I gave her my order number, she pulled it right up and issued me a refund after I made my complaints. What a mess.
Disrespectful workers who refuse to give a water cup and call us thief’s while telling us to never come back. No wonder they barely have any customers and act like they have a life besides being rude. Also sarcastic and give attitude acting like they don’t want to be there. Never going there again.
I usually frequent the drive thru. This time we decided to go in. I'm never disappointed when I order from KFC. The food is always the same delicious. Service with a 😁 smile
Got an 8-piece bucket of chicken and I have to say it was pretty dry. Also got a large popcorn chicken. When I took it out of the bag I was a little taken aback at its size. I guess I expected a little more. I took a photo next to a Coke can for comparison. We don't get KFC that often and I have to say probably won't it again for some time. Very disappointed.
Good fried chicken is about all I can say
The guy who took our order was super nice and helpful. Was patient when my young neices took a while deciding which kids meals they wanted. Food was all made correctly and was pretty good! Came out in a few minutes 4 meals and 2 kids meals.
I haven't been to KFC in quite a while. . It was absolutely delicious 😋!
Wife and I walked 8-16-22 around 12:15 to a super nice welcome and spotless clean floor that's three piece in my wife had a two piece was good I don't eat fast food often but wife was hungry so I stopped in and we ordered some food will return and will recommend this place in norwell ma
