6/10/22-Dining room is closed due to staffing shortage. Drive thru is open. We got a #3 meal, which is 3 pc fried chicken, fries, cookie, biscuit, large drink for only $8.99. It was a great value and the food was hot and tasted good. Went back on 6/14/22 and got a 2 PC meal and a bucket of chicken with some sides. Everything was great and the service is incredibly fast. The staff is super polite. GREAT JOB!
Experience was mediocre at best, almost drove away missing half of my order luckily I checked and had to explain that there was another meal in my order, stop trying to complicate things wait until all the food is ready and hand it to the customer at the same time. The staff under-communicates as well, something along the lines of “hey here is the this meal but hang on your other meal will be right out”.
Update: Service has improved immensely. We placed an order online and everything was correct. Slow service. Majority of the time our order is messed up. The only reason I rated 2 and not 1 is that our food was decent last time we were there. We keep going back because someone in our household likes KFC and there is not one within reasonable distance to go.
Not sure if interior is open again, but always quick service and nice parking spots for lunch on a sunny day

Sick and tired of paying more to get less... everywhere I go now. This is the breast that was in my meal today. I went up to the window and I asked is this the size of your breast, and she said, yeah sorry, they were smaller this time.
Was craving some KFC and was disappointed in the cold Mac n Cheese along with the Cole slaw that had no flavor like in the past. Something was definitely different with the chicken as well, bit it was good. Just could not figure out what has changed or if it was because food was sitting for awhile and possibly not fresh. I'll give it another shot in a few weeks and see of anything changes
