I order through through the app 4 hours before I picked it up. When I arrived, I went through the drive thru and my order wasn't ready. The manager came to the window and I explained that I ordered ahead of time, because I had dinner plans with family and needed to be on time. He said he would make it personally right then, to pull up and it would be right out. 10 minutes went by and it never came. I went inside to wait. Q girl that worked there was carrying 2 bags of food out. I told her what I was waiting on and she said it wasn't mine. Turns out one of the bags wad mine! It went out to another customer and they brought it back. They have me the food anyway. They were honest that it was in another customers hands. The manager was very nice, but did not take care of me the way he should have and didn't follow through with what he said he was going to do. I waited for a total of 30 minutes and my wife and I decided to throw the food away because it went to another customer's vehicle. I haven't had a chance to write this review or ask for the refund. Do better KFC!
We went through the drive through and the woman taking our order was nothing but hateful. When we pulled up I asked to have a second to look at the menu and she proceeded to sit there and keep asking what we want. When I got to the window to pay I forgot to ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes and she rolled her eyes when I said it. They then made us move up even though there wasn’t anyone else in the line before or after us.
Very disappointed. I only order original dark meat chicken. I order, I pay, they don't hav r any prepared. I ordered the 3 piece but got charged for the four piece. I asked for the manager and asked for my money back. I used my debit card. Three weeks now and still have not gotten my money returned. Will not be back to the KFC in Murphy NC.
The last 2 times I went thru the drive thru I was told it would be 11 to 12 minutes on chicken. First time I waited outside for them to bring my food out for 30 minutes so I go inside to see what was taking so long and they couldnt find my order so I told them my order and it took another 25 minutes for me to get my food. Tonight ordered my food at the drive thru and was told it would be 11 minutes on chicken. I told the girl that was fine. Pulled up to the window and payed for my order and was asked to pull up and they would bring it out. I sat there for 45 minutes and had to go in AGAIN and get my food. Not very happy.
7/20/23 At 9:00 we pulled into drive through and sat with the truck running for 5 minutes. There was NO LINE just me. NOONE came on to take our order and an employee even opened the back door and saw us. So I called the store Eddie answered then still didn’t take our order. Thank you for your wonderful customer service y’all are so helpful!
Very rude at drive through. Makes you feel as if it's inconvenient for someone to be there. When you pull up, it doesn't change. People throwing things around, just nasty and hateful.
Horrible...sorry people until this pitiful mess is cleaned up...its zero stars . Contacted coorperate. I'm willing to keep checking on quality status. Until then... use drive thru i guess, or go to Blairsville restaurant. Went to buffet tonight and no plates of all things and no receipts. Really sad because this is exactly what put 7-11 stores out of business. And remember , they used to be on every corner. Look closely. Dried. up, crusty, empty, old,...been eating here for about a year now...it always looks the same. We are finally fed up! Will keep y'all posted.
went to the kfc to get some mash potatoes and some gravy after i just got my teeth worked on. Kfc gave me the wrong order 3 times, and never got it right, after saying i wanted a famous chicken bowl. never going there again
