I usually eat there 3-4 times a week, and at least 1 or 2 times weekly they mess my order up. Needs new mangers and GM
I got the 12 piece nuggets and they were ridiculously tiny and cost a fortune. Should have went to Jimmy John's.
The guy taking order through drive thru kept Interrupting while I was trying to order. I get home and realize they forgot the sauce that I asked for.
The drive thru worker that looks like the dude from shark tales was extremely rude over the fact that we needed to do 2 separate orders in the window. Then she got an attitude with my friend because she didn’t know they stopped putting barbecue sauce on the sandwich filet. She then got upset because we asked for barbecue sauce. Awful customer service, but the food was smacking though.
2pc chicken dinner (2 crispy thighs) the chicken was not good, I think it was over cooked or maybe at the end of its rack time. No drink and was $10
Food is good but service workers screw up orders in someway almost every single time. When given your order at window, 1. All of what you ordered is not in bag. 2. Contents of order, size/portions, will be less than supposed to be. 3. And when something is seriously wrong with your order, like something or multiple somethings that need to be re-done/remade, you will be waiting twice if not three times as long to get your food than what it usually would take. Think they do this on purpose because they have to do something over because of their mistakes. Good Luck!
They can't keep food caught up you should never go to a chicken place and run out of food
