I Stopped going to KFC for a while because service was not good and the food was terrible the chicken was not hot not even warm and hard. I decided to give them another try and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders were hot and the batter seemed lighter and moist. Cold slaw was very good also. The service was excellent. The young man that took my order, sorry I don't know his name, was pleasant, friendly and very willing to get my order just right. I have been back the last 3 weeks in a row. Keep up the good work and keep the good employees.
I’m only writing this review because KFC needs some stars. It’s an honest review. I just left 15 minutes before they close. I was told not to come here due to bad reviews, but it was not bad at all in fact they were friendly and helpful. They were out of some items but gave me some good suggestions to supplement the items. They were prompt and when we were at the window the cashier handed me my food smiled and gave me sauces even after I forgot to ask for some. Food was great thank you KFC !
Got the 3 piece org meal. The bisket was bigger than the pieces of chicken. It was to Chrispy to be original, and coating tasted off. But it hasn't been right at any of the stores in a long time. The workers do not know how to prepare the products, nor do they even act like they care. It's a shame to run this product into the ground. I can not recommend any if the KFC ANYMORE.
After seeing so many one stars reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. Now I see that one star is just too generous. I ordered a bucket of 12 piece, which came out to $28, which came out to being about $2/piece. As you can see from the pictures, the chicken was not only small and not worth it, but it was absolutely terrible. To add to the terrible taste, the service was horrendous as well. The staff was rude and lifeless. There are lots of better place to get fried chicken. Do not even bother with this place. Please learn from my mistake.
Stopped by the Moore KFC to try out the 8 piece hot and spicy wings for $4.99. Guy at the drive thru told me the drive thru was not working and ask if I'd mind coming inside. I drove around to the front and parked, went inside and placed my order. The response was " Oh I'm sorry we're not serving those right now they are still frozen"?????????????? Wouldn't have been so bad but I am an elder and disabled.
Very clean. Very pretty in here. It offers lots of different seating. The booths have plenty of room for a larger person. Restroom was clean and with a large child changing station which is good. I love how the coleslaw is cut small.. They worked a number 15 into my special requests. My chicken breast was fat!!!! Nice a warm in here , it's so cold outside. The cash register lady was the sweetest.
Went here an hour before closing. we were the only one in the drive through and we ordered the family 12 piece meal. they asked us to pull up to the side and our food will be out. we waited 10 minutes and decided to go back around. The young lady that took our order the first time was there and said she didn't have any orders and requested our receipt for proof that she took our order the first time. We gave them the receipt and waited for the manager. He said he will make the order for us right away and bring it out to us. we went and parked at the front door again. He came out a little later with our food and began to walk away. he then turned around and said sorry, we don't have any biscuits and continued to go back into the store. I got home 10 minutes later to find out that they didn't even give us all the chicken. Some of the chicken were even little chicken wings, so I called and complained. they offered to give us 6 biscuits and 3 pieces of chicken. it became a big waste of time and they didn't even care. would not recommend giving your business to this KFC
How this location is still operating is so surprising. The food is always undercooked, missing or “out of stock for the day”. The people taking drive thru orders absolutely can never hear you therefore never get your order right.
