Ordered food from the drive-through late night as I was passing by this location. I was quite hungry and stopped at the first place I found - this KFC. Big mistake but one I will not be making again. Taste, Cleanliness, Courtesy - don't expect any of that here. Not much to expect from the food. It is what it is. I've had KFC in the Middle East. Flavor is so much better. What's served in the US is pitiful. Ironically, this is where the brand originated! Crude behavior and a staff doesn't know a thing about speaking clearly or kindly. I was told that the chicken would take 8 mins to prepare. That was fine with me. I waited in the parking lot as they told me to. I found it very unprofessional that one of the staff came out and was smoking right in front of the door. Lord knows if she even washes her hands when she goes back in. Hole in the wall dump. Would have gone somewhere else if I had a choice.

I enjoyed the wings, but later that night I got very sick. Don't know if it was the wings, but they were the only food I ate that night. I'm just saying.

Was the ONLY person in drive thru, had to wait 20 mins to get soggy, cold chicken. Won't be back to this location.

My order was delivered, the chicken was over cooked, extremely dry. The chicken was not palatable. This was an unwise purchase from this location. It was chosen by the kfc delivery system. Usually, I order from the kfc, Hillcroft location.

this looks s the worst KFC everI HATE THA I HAD TO PICK 1 ⭐️ it should've been negative 5 ⭐️ Corporate should shut that place down,Super Bad Service,if you try and order a hour closed they you they are out of items. SMH

Horrible service! Bad experience…as per usual! I’ve grown accustomed to these teenagers and young people having ZERO listening skills and having to repeat my order over and over! However these are well grown adults who have NO listening skills!! It’s frustrating saying your order four times and they still struggle! The true insult to injury is the woman standing ( looking like Celie) ,, hands on hip and smirking as I checked my order to make sure it’s right! A logical think to do given they couldn’t manage to HEAR the order! Bad customer service, rude, unprofessional and childish! It’s truly sad! This widespread country/ghetto combination is frightful!

I went to the 2234 location in Missouri city ant the chicken was not under cooked the fries were old and cold and the drink was a mystery drink that if I had to win a million dollars I couldn't tell you what it was but I can tell you it wasn't a doctor pepper that I ordered and after sitting at the drive thru window what seemed like 15 minutes just to be caught up in a training session to teach the cashier how to take the right order it was thrown in the trash cause I'm not about to eat raw chicken never again kFC it was nice knowing you but I'm 50 years old and I want to see another I'll find my chicken elsewhere......rip my KFC cravings

my son found a beak and chicken foot in his chicken and I called three times and got hung up on awful service. Awful workers.
