During Hurricane Idalia I arrived right at opening, found hot fresh food welcoming staff, and a clean friendly environment. Nobody likes to come out running but these ladies took it in stride. Excellent.

Great food, but this location is a franchise, and is privately owned. They do not allow ordering through the app, neither KFC, nor Taco Bell. And their prices are higher than Corporate locations. Deals are not the same as found online. Elsewise, food quality, and service are good. Our food was warm, and came as ordered. Pricing being higher is understandable. But they should allow ordering through the app.

Horrible service and poor portions for what you pay. Went another time and went to the counter and was yelled at because I asked for extra meat and didn't get it. Then when I asked to correct it I was yelled at by the key from the drive through that had nothing to do with the transaction

I just left this location and I will be contacting corporate and the GM about the terrible customer service I experienced all because I asked for a substitution due to a food allergy. I simply asked for fries in place of mashed potatoes [for a spicy chicken bowl] since they use milk to make them and at first the cashier seemed unsure and said she didn’t think she could. So I asked for the supervisor. Supervisor came over and stated that she couldn’t make any substitutions and I’d have to order the items individually. (AND WAS NOT NICE ABOUT HOW SHE SAID IT HENCE THE NECK BOB AND ROLLING EYES). So I ordered a la carte. And when I simply asked for the spicy sauce that goes on the chicken bowls she said I’d have to purchase it. Sauce!!!!! That goes on the chicken bowl which I originally wanted to order in the first place. So I gave the cashier the $0.30 they charged me and just left without it. Money clearly wasn’t the issue here but I mean come on now. Petty on so many levels!! This was an easy fix to begin with and instead they had me hold up the line because they failed to be accommodating to a customer with a food allergy. I will NOT let this rest. GOOD customer service is a thing of the past.

I have been to this KFC/Tacobell multiple times. I had no issues with my food. But, the service and general courtesy was off the chart. I get to the window the girl repeats my order so fast I didn't hear her say "pot pie" so, all I said was "and a pot pie" she responds with eye rolls and hand gestures "I said that" with the upmost attitude. Then I am handed my food by another person. I asked if I could get a receipt. This girl also has an attitude, of me being an inconvenience to her for asking for my receipt. Please stop with the attitudes for NO reason. Basic "Thank you" and "You're welcome" go along way. Oh but wait, I can tell you all weren't taught that. Do better ladies!

Horrible experience with the young lady taking my order. Refused to give me the service I was requesting for my order, got aggressive then just walked away from the register, came back to the register still being nasty, and even acted like she wanted to fight. 3 of her co-workers had to come from the back to calm her down. Absolutely horrible experience. Thanks to the manager who kindly stepped in and had no issue helping me. I didn’t even take my food because after that display of unprofessionalism, I didn’t know what they could’ve done to my food.

Chicken Pot Pie What happened!! Go up on the price… Do Not Skimp on the product KFC Chicken pot pie use to be so full of chicken & veggies the top rounded up… hard to eat the whole thing. I opened this box to find the crust sunken half way down into the pie. Very few bites of chicken, not the big pieces that use to fill the pie… hardly any peas & carrots! The sauce? There was only enough to wet the inside pretty well. Go Up on the price if you have to or take it off the menu!! Much as I’ve been looking forward to one of KFC’s one of a kind chicken pot pies 😳😳😳 Never wasting my money again. 100% can not recommend the chicken pot pie. And it was my #1 recommendation

The food at Metters KFC is YUM! However we would never dine in. We choose to order it online and take it home. The only thing I don't really care for is with the prices of the chicken you shouldnt have any issue with getting just dark meat. My family doesn't eat white meat we all prefer dark and for some reason everytime we order a bucket and are willing to wait for just dark meat they want to tell us that is not a option when we are paying almost $45 for it. They always tell us we can't have that option and I don't feel that is how it should be when you pay for somethinf you should be able to receive what you want especially when you already are okay with pulling over to wait on it to be cooked. But food is delicious just don't like that aspect of things.
