I changed my experience left at drive thru speaker when no one was in front of me had to blow horn for service ask for manager on 7/8/23 at 8pm she wasn't any help so I thought everything was alright but to my surprise no napkins or utensils or barbecue sauce for chicken tenders I'm blowed away please have a talk with staff.
I hate the fact when I want to go in they always got the door locked and the line is extra long trash.
RIDICULOUS! MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET A $20 FILL UP AT KFC WE WANTED CRUNCHY AND THEY ONLY HAD 1 PIECE AND HE WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO GIVE HIM ORIGINAL BC THEY HAD TO DROP MORE CRUNCHY! HE ASKED WHY WOULDN’T. YOU DROP SOME BEFORE IT GETS DOWN TO ONE! THE MANAGER STATED THAT THEY HAD TO SELL EVERYTHING ( ORIGINAL) ELSE BEFORE THEY DROP ANY OTHER CHICKEN WHICH IS A LIE!! HOW YOU GONNA JUST GIVE ME SOMETHING I DON’T WANT AND BC YALL WERE TO LAZY TO COOK ANYTHING!!! THIS IS AT 5:30pm on 9th in Broadway on 8/5/23!! ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE TO OUT RIGHT LIE TO A CUSTOMER AS WELL AS WELL AS NOT BEING PREPARED!!! ALSO TOOK HIS MONEY OFF HIS CARD KNOWING WHAT HE ORDERED! GAVE A REFUND AND SAID IT WILL BE BACK ON THE RIGHT AWAY!!! DID’NT HAPPEN!! WHAT IF THAT WAS ALL WE HAD TO FEED OUR CHILDREN FOR THAT DAY!!! I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FEED THEM!!! DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO GO TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW….WORKERS ATTITUDE LIKE YOU DOING ME A FAVOR NON CARING AND DIDN’T FEEL RESPONSIBLE AT ALL!!!
The line for the drive thru is always long but the food is always good, freshly made and workers are friendly.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy the drive thru lady was horrible I asked for bbq and got kfc sauce asked for the right sauce she said they were out and I understood that then I was trying to ask for something else and she slammed the window in my face and tried to run out the store to fight me wow u will be hearing from my lawyer. A little advice don’t pick fast food if you don’t have any type of hospitality or good customer service!!!😡
You are slowly being poisoned at this store. They have chemicals in their drinks, chemicals in their water and chemicals in the mashed potatoes, so I am warning those who wish to know do not patronize the store. I’m having a drink now that has been examined for chemicals.
Got all the way home and found I didn't receive what I paid for.!!! Tried calling but no one answered the phone.
Drive thru line was really long. Ran inside and the guy was very friendly and got even I needed very fast.
