After taking back an order from a customer that was made incorrectly, The supervisor on duty took the burgers and threw them against the wall! I have never seen this before at any establishment. Yes our food and orders were made and taken incorrectly as well but I was blown away to watch the supervisor literally throw food in frustration. Proper performance comes from good leadership and patience and professionalism. Hopefully this comment encourages the employees here to be conscious of their actions and improve.

Sat in the drive through for 15-20 minutes, after we paid we waited more and someone opened the window and said "what are you waiting for?" We said "um, our food?", They said they thought we didn't pay yet, had to remember what we ordered, then told us 4 minutes on the cheese curds. They told us to go to station 2, but an Uber driver was already in station 2 so we had to go to a different one, and then everyone's orders started getting swapped around. We waited for WAY longer than 4 minutes for cheese curds. My boyfriend went inside to get our order since it was taking so long and someone was in our spot, and it was another few minutes. In the end my Mac n cheese was lukewarm, the cheese curds were meh for being "fresh", and they didn't give us our drink. We didn't realize they also didn't give us a receipt so we couldn't go back even IF we wanted to. I honestly am not going back. I'll take McDonald's next time over that experience. We were probably gone for an hour and I live 5 minutes away.

I'm pretty sure the owner has just given up on this site. They are constantly under staffed, the food always takes forever, the orders rarely make it to the car correctly. The McDonald's 50 feet away has none of these issues. Get it together and pay the money to staff up, open the doors, get a real manager. Or just close this place and sell it to someone that wants to have a successful franchise.

We ordered on line, paid for the food and went to pick it up 15 later. When we got there they hadn't started it. We waited another 20 minutes for our food. It was a $40. order. Up side, the food was fresh. The down side, we were late to meet up with our party.

Service was great, but they messed up my order. I don't normally have an issue, but this time the food was terrible. I paid for a bacon cheeseburger and got a plain cheeseburger. Waste of money.

I came here an ordered a small order, with no line in or outside the store. It took 40 minutes for the order to be made. Unbelievable, maybe y'all didn't have my order readily made, or maybe y'all are understaffed, not a guy that's quick to be jerk over these things. But if I'm going to wait 40 mins for a small order, is it so damn hard to ask me if I'm okay waiting that time in 90-degree heat beforehand?

Ordered Pappa burger. Menu shows nice burger with lettuce, onion, and tomato. I got two pieces of meat. Ordered Chicken wings. They were made for vampires - raw with lots of blood. Couldn't eat them.

Why is this place still open? They're "out of chicken" all the time, get orders wrong and don't have consistent hours. One time I went through the drive through at 11.30am and they said they weren't ready to open! Really?! Do the Magna community a favor and close this down so maybe another restaurant that actually cares about serving good food and the community can come in there. They're not making any profits because no one ever goes there. I don't know how they still even attempt to be open at all.
