Your typical fast food place. Upon arriving there were plenty of employees working that noticed me and turned and looked at someone else to handle the issue. Finally someone came out from the back and the other employees whispered to them and pointed at me. She spoke with another employee and that employee finally came forward to take my order. Thankfully the other employee stayed nearby as the one taking my order must have been new and was having issues with the equipment. We ordered one original and one spicy chicken and Mac bowl. Again, I was grateful the other employee stuck around as I ordered "the spicy bowl" and it turns out there is a spicy mashed potato bowl which is definitely not what I was after. We had a good laugh. Overall the food was ok. The nuggets were good separate from the Mac and cheese and vice versa. We wouldn't order it again though I don't think.
We built this KFC , back in 1985 . I drove 22 miles from my home to Loris,SC just for some Chicken Liver's to eat. We built the First KFC in Conway,SC back in April of 1975 , Then Mr. Johnny Thomas sold out all of his KFC Stores that his Daddy Started back in 1954 . They had over 10 KFC's from Myrtle Beach,SC to Wilmington, NC and We built all of them, except for the Original one, and the one in Wilmington. The People treat me really good in Loris. We didn't build the Other KFC's , since 1985. The New Stores in Conway quit serving, the Rotisserie Chicken and Chicken Liver's and Gizzard's, So I don't have nothing to do with the Stores in Conway, SC anymore, all because of that 1 Reason.
I place an order at the Loris SC KFC and did not get what I order. I called the KFC store after I found out that my order was incorrect. I called 3 times and left two messages one Saturday and one Sunday and here it is later Monday afternoon. I haven't heard from the store. What makes it worse is I paid extra for my order because I wanted it a certain way but I did get what I ordered. Basically I over paid for my order. Customers beware what you order because because in my eye KFC overcharged and doesn't care. In my opinion the workers at this KFC DON'T CARE. My suggestion is find someplace else to eat.
THIS KFC HAS GONE DOWN HILL! I USED TO WORK HERE AND IT WAS NEVER THIS BAD! AND IM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN! MY BOYFRIEND ORDERED NASHVILLE HOT TENDERS AND THE CONTAINER WAS THROWN INTO THE BAG UPSIDE DOWN AND THE SAUCE WAS ALL OVER ALL OF OUR OTHER FOOD! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE!
I order a chicken sandwich box and the only thing great was the drink. Macaroni was salty & barely warm, Fries were very salty and some cold some hot, and the chicken sandwich itself was terrible. The sandwich had old chicken on it where the chicken almost looked soggy. I’m the type of person to leave reviews but it’s starting to be repetitive. On the bright side costumer service was great.

The service wasn't very good had to wait on my food. it seems like they don't cook but a little bit at a time and I always got to wait and and the employees are kind of rude!! The worst thing I experienced is that when I got home from going through the drive-thru when I got home and was fixing my plate I just happened to count the check pieces of chicken and they had made a mistake I ordered a eight piece and I only got a 5 pieces combo. Yeah I called the manager she offered give me the chicken but I had to drive 7 miles to get it
The food was cold other than it was fine.
