Stopped there on 9/10 for a quick drive thru around 530 pm to grab some chicken tenders, wasn't too busy, maybe a couple cars in parking lot, 2 cars ahead of us, you'd of thought there was at least 6 cars ahead of us as we waited 15 minutes to get to the teller, when we got there we were told "one minute please" well about almost another 5 minutes I decided no thank you, I said hello to the teller, no answer & we drove off, there was at least 3 cars behind us now & we were gone, the poor lady ahead of us was still sitting at the window when we turned around at the stop lights to get back on the highway. We won't be stopping there again. Fast food? Not!
As good as a fast food restaurant will get! A great size parking lot, clean restroom, quick service, and not too busy! All the food tasted good and condiments were stocked! No complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff as well
We were at the KFC @ 11:45am, in Little Falls, Minn. The place was very clean,including the bathrooms. The young man who waited on us was friendly, patient and knew his stuff! Our order only took 5 minutes! We were impressed.
Best KFC I've been to in years. Friendly staff. Quick to fill order. I will be back...which says a lot for me. In fact it's the only fast food I've rated 5 stars in a long time. Colonel Sanders would be proud.
We arrived at a little after 9 pm to find the front door locked. Apparently, the dining room closes at 8 pm. No mention of this in their hours on Google. So we were going to go through the drive-thru. Nope! They had cones blocking the entrance to the drive-thru. Mind you, all of the lights are on in and outside of the business like they should be open, but they're not. There is no note on the doors or anything explaining why the drive-thru is closed either. The hours on the door say that they are open until 10 pm. Apparently not?
Mom brought home KFC from this location; she asked for “Extra Crispy” and did not get extra crispy despite paying for it. We got cold, barely original recipe.
Got home with my order and one of the gravy containers had opened up and the gravy was everywhere. This is not the first time this has happened. I may have to start bringing a box to put everything in. The food is not as good as it used to be. No taste to potatoes, very little taste to gravy and the chicken I think was made without the 11 herbs and spices. I actually can now say that my KFC knockoffs are alot better. I will not be going back to this one in little falls.
