Every time I go to this kfc it’s horrible. But this instance my chicken did have any skin… that’s the only thing yalll got and I can’t even call and complain. I disappointed in this location consistently.
I ordered a 16 pc and they gave me 12 didn’t realize till I got home. Also the chicken tasted old.
I only gave this 5 stars to pop up on the main screen for reviews. This place needs to be shut down immediately. This place is horrible. Every time I come here the ONE worker she’s an older lady, ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS has all her kids running around in the lobby. Not only that one day I was in there trying to order and she was ignoring me and screaming at the top of her lungs at the kids. A few days ago I was here to order they put a note on the door and said they was closed. This happens every time I come here and it’s ridiculous.
The staff & Manger at this location 1217 Dix Rd. is very RuDe an unprofessional . I had a issue with my food an before trying to resolve the issue I was told we don't do refunds & don't come back to our store an the police was called on me . When the police arrived the Manger even lied an said she remade my food . It's Ridiculous how these companies are running their businesses now . My first & last time at this KFC . Ohh an because the inside of the restaurant is closed the Manger I believe uses it for a play ground for her 2 kids to run all around I first spotted them at the DT window while there mother was being rude to me.
Haven't been here in a while since it's gotten so expensive 6 bucks for coleslaw? Come on now... but since they have the $10 bucket we ventured out. Had to wait 15 minutes, was worth the wait. Unfortunately they only gave us ONE BREAST! I don't like dark meat. But we went again.. had to wait again. Well worth the wait.
I have tried multiple time to order kfc but I have to have a car in order to go thru the drive thru but guess what I dont own a car. You can't go into the lobby it's been closed since the pandemic and if you wanna door dash it that cost extra. What the hell kfc open your doors to the people who don't have a car. And the next closest one is near ecorse.
Didnt care for the service, and the tones of the staff. They dont have a drive through either. And my Famous bowl and my wife's Mac & cheese bowl had like three pieces of chicken. Shoulda went somewhere else.
Where’s the zero star at?? It took them 10 minutes to take my order in a empty drive thru makes no sense and I waited 8 more minutes after I paid waiting for my ONE chicken sandwich and I WISH it was FRESH or at least hot it was DRY and HARD couldn’t even eat it UNBELIEVABLE.
